Terrible service and 0 personalized treatment by your reservation center, I wanted to make a reservation for a long weekend with my whole family but for the attention received I will look for other options. To be a hotel of this category you will expect a better service and attention… sale and lost customer, review your Protocols!

Excellent, really is a place where one can relax, the rooms and all the environments are nice, the food and drinks very nice and a super attention, the only thing you could recommend is to have a fumigation system for mosquitoes that at certain times are a little annoying.

Its view, its spacious and first class rooms and its spaces, very well distributed everything. A very good place to relax.

Restaurant, rooms and first class service. However, I recommend the following: 1. Warn of stones on the beach to wear some type of footwear; 2. Implement evening activities for adults such as table games, billiards, among others; 3. The breakfast buffet is very basic for the hotel level; 4. Breakfast time should be extended until 11:00 am.

This is by far the nicest hotel in the area. The place is perfect wherever you look. The views and the beach are stunning, and the restaurant is fabulous. We spent a few hours there celebrating our wedding anniversary and son's birthday and they set up a nice table for our party right in front of the big screen they had to watch the world cup games on TV. Everything was wonderful, however I don't give it a 5 star review due to the fact the hotel has lost the warmth it used to have when we got married there 13 years ago. Back then, they made you feel like family, while now you are a customer.

I was just eating at night at this hotel and it's great food. The restaurant and the first class attention.

Many families, quiet hotel, clean, nice facilities, cordial staff, regular breakfast, bad beach for swimming or very rocky sport, secluded from the center of Mancora, 10 Suns and 10 Suns back in Moto taxi if you want to go. Restaurant food well. Cute but poorly maintained pieces in detail, I killed about 5 spiders in the bathroom of the piece.

Good scenery, air conditioning in the rooms, sandwiches of 20 suns, plates of 40 or 45 suns, not very modern rooms, flat PNtalla TV, cold and hot water, parking, hotel Ju to Al mar, rooms some with terrace, others not.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful and delicious food.

Luxury Hotel in Mancora. It is expensive, but well worth it. The service is incredible. At all times you attend and are available to provide you with everything you need.

Bonito hotel a unos pocos metros frente al mar. El cuarto con piscina privada es muy grande y bastante limpio, a excepción de algunos insectos que se escabullen dentro. Tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, agua caliente, refrigerador, entre otras cosas. La comida muy rica y a un precio promedio de s/ 50 por plato, algo similar a un buen restaurante en Lima. El desayuno buffet está incluido. Hay poca comida servida en la mesa (pan, frutas, galletas, muffins etc, pero hay una carta de platos calientes que también está incluido. El precio de este cuarto me pareció un poco caro (alrededor de $400 incluyendo los impuestos), aunque tener la piscina para ti solo es una experiencia difícil de encontrar.

An excellent place to rest and enjoy the sea…

Excellent outbuildings, nice air-conditioned rooms, with sea view. Buffet breakfast and eggs a la carte, lunch and excellent dinner. The pool is very nice, for bathing day or night. The weather accompanies. And very kind people. I loved this hotel.

That place is so cute. The room with jacuzzi was incredible. The pool is scrumptious. The food is good. The beach access is very good. Really Arennas is super recommended. Excellent for couples. We will return!
