Very nice hotel according to the cost benefit, I would recommend if you want to have a nice time if you go for Chiclayo.

All well just not so good attention from the receptionist when I retired from the hotel just made me feel like they will check that nothing has stolen me from the room.

It is a very quiet atmosphere its rooms are spacious. Just that there are some services that do not work perfectly but in general the experience at this place was very nice its service is excellent and friendly.

Simple, clean and friendly service. The breakfast was poorly calculated when the dining room is almost full. They take out very small portions of coffee, juice, eggs etc. You have to be waiting for them to put coffee and your egg gets cold or upside down. They have to improve their calculations. I had to approach to order glasses that also took out a few, then cutlery, the past coffee was insufficient it ended quickly. You might want to have a big thermos already with American coffee.
