The service is very good, the rooms beautiful and comfortable.

Although the area in which it is located is not very nice, this place is very nice, the attention is first, the rooms very clean, plus is 4 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, also provide breakfast and pick up… I loved it!

Clean Place and very friendly attention.

The most friwndly personal I've met. They help you in any belongings and give you a lot of advices where to go and what to see. The rooms are small but ok and cleam, the breakfast is excellent and the location is a 10min walk to the main park. The parking is 500m away from the hotel.

All the staff super friendly, the hotel is close to the main square, the facilities very well.

We were in Chiclayo, two days and a half, and the good references we decided to stay at AMBASSADOR HOTEL, definitely we do not regret, on our arrival we were picked up from the bus terminal as part of its service, the attention of all the staff is very warm and friendly with a great willingness to help (a great point was to advise upon and negotiate the rate of accommodation since our states would only be two days and a half), the food is very good, quality and price in line (offer a rich dinner, S/. 6.00 nuevos soles), we congratulate the chef who prepares a ceviche of toyo delicious (for the lovers of all things spicy, we recommend it). The breakfast is included in the tariff offer three varieties, we take the continental (the bones scrambled a success). The location of the hotel is always neat and in addition they offer tours to the main tourist places at reasonable prices in this opportunity we failed to take the that we wanted that we were in chiclayo for business ;but we will return and without a doubt we will stay again in HOTEL AMBASSADOR.

I was by these fiestas patrias in Chiclayo and to review the many hotels that had been in this beautiful city I decided on this. The prices are the same that appear on your web page (point-to-please as for the holidays, normally increase, but these kept their price). To begin, the lord picked us up at the airport and transferred us to the Hotel. At first, we thought it was small and the area a little bit insecure. However, we realized that although the price is a bit high for what they offer, the area is quiet (no noise) and close to one of the main avenues. In addition, they were attentive at all times telling us where to eat, tourist information (at the reception you could ask for information on tour packages, this agency picked us up at the start of the tour and dropped us off at the hotel at the end), fun, etc; always worried because we guiáramos to not get lost. The double room should be a bit more spacious even though it is not small, everything spotless and with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The most prominent that I can point out is the attention on the part of the workers and the owners, completely attentive and concerned because you spend pleasant moments during our stay and willing to clarify all our doubts. At least, they would be the prices that do not cover what the hotel offers, you should download them and that way it would be completely the value.

I went to Chiclayo, and I stayed with my boyfriend in this Hotel. The care of first. Very comfortable room, clean, nice and spacious. Any need that we had llamabamos to reception and we address immediately. We contacted a tour company, they gave us very good data to go to eat and things to do while we were in the city. They were very friendly at all times. Honestly, I felt at home and had no desire to return to Lima. Had a very good time. The hotel is centrally located, it is 3 blocks from the plaza of weapon and super close to the best places of the city. If I have to go again to Chiclayo, I would host in this hotel without thinking twice.
