Very good recommended place… good sprees …

Frogs chillhouse is amazing. Their fourth floor rooptop patio bar overlooking the ocean had some of the most incredible ocean sunset views I've ever witnessed! They also had free bikes we could use! I originally planned to stay 2 or 3 days, but ended up staying like 10! Oh and they have a soccer ball, so every night we had a group of us that would walk to the super nice soccer field!

The hostle is beautiful, clean, a great atmosphere hovering over this place and the view on the beach is worth the detour! I recommend to all traveller even if we would prefer not to see a belgian in this great place but hey so goes life!

I was very disappointed to say the least. I booked a room for two nights and paid a deposit. BUT they sold one of the rooms. I only found out when I messaged them. No apology just said "our fault" In the end went elsewhere which was very good. No offer of refund no apology.

It's got a nice view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would say it is a party hostel, it has a very good atmosphere on the weekend although if you stay on the same floor of the bar, it can be dangerous because anyone can enter your room (the bar is open for all public)

You will be required to wear a wristband for identification purposes. Anything goes. Everything is there. Bring rum though.

Fantastic place in Huanchaco. Very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a lovely double room with a balcony and a hammock. We loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. We did a day trip through a business partner and we had a superb day. Highly recommended. Huanchaco had amazing sunsets and you will hear the sound of the sea all day — just beautiful!

It is a great place… for the atmosphere and the people Q serves you in the best way and you feel at home.

Highly recommended for any person who likes good music and the surf. The best bar in Huanchaco without a doubt: good prices (2 mojitos for 15 soles in happy hour), live music, "open mic" (microphone open), and many other activities every night. All the staff of the hostel is very nice and provide solutions to problems quickly. … Excellent customer care by the staff of the hostel, especially the part of Omar (the receptionist). After having missed a flight to Lima, Omar gave me solution for my problem: a free room, a taxi for the next day and a bus to Lima in time to catch my flight to Madrid. Many thanks for everything and until soon.

Good party hostel, the staff is super nice, very accessible, and the view on the sea… let you know if you can surf from the rooftop, or from the terrace! And the sunset…

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are super friendly and accommodating, you can rent bikes for free and there are plenty of offers and activities organised throughout the week. The Wi-Fi is pretty terrible I won't lie but it's not the be all and end all of course. There's also a mild cricket infestation at the moment (as with EVERYWHERE in the city). This is of course no their fault and they are doing a great job of trying to stop it. Really enjoyed the place and would totally recommend a stay here.

It is one of the best hostels in South America by far! Staff is amazing, super clean and super chill. Amazing views, yoga classes, surf storage, you name it. Very nice vibes from the people. No breakfast, so everyone cooks all the time. There's a nice cevicheria 1 min from the hostel for 10 soles 3 usd almuerzo, highly recommended. Looove it! Spend like 3 weeks here in like 5 rooms? :) top ones are good, but parties on Friday /Saturday are basically in your room. Cheers.

I love this hostel!

This is a spacious, comfortable hostel and seems to attract travelers looking to relax. Many guests had stayed well over what they expected, and I certainly plan to return to this little unpretentious slice of beach in the next few weeks. We were thrilled to cook all our meals (though a second fridge wouldn't hurt! ), and share space with folks excited to sleep a lot, take surf or Spanish or yoga lessons, and eat delectable locally made brownies, coffee and ceviche. The staff (particularly Pato and Jean! ) are friendly and helpful — it felt we were staying in a very clean, beautiful, happy home.

They should rather call it frogs party house. If you are looking for a relaxed place where you can sleep when you're tired then this is not your place. If you are looking for partying every night and don't care about music at club level until 1:00/2:00 am this is your hostel. The place itself is nice though.

The best place in Huanchaco by far. The atmosphere is awesome, the staff, the activities, and the location. There's nowhere in Huanchaco where the Sunset looks more amazing than from the terrace of this place.

It was a nice stay, definitely a party hostel so if that is what you are into then it's great! The view was incredible, and the people were really nice. There are bikes you can borrow, but you have to wait or get them first if they are busy. All in all a pretty nice place.

I loved this place because it has good space to share with the this of the passengers. Excellent predisposition of the employees and owners of the place.

Close to the beach and market where you can get fresh veggies and use their kitchen. Awesome room with a hammock and stunning views. The hot water didn't work while we were there but it didn't bother us and we didn't ask the about it. Young atmosphere with a bar on the roof top which is open most nights and different activities every day down stairs. Local bus from Trujjillio only cost around 1 sol to get very close to the hostel. They sell beers here too and cocktails on the roof top. 75 sols a night for a private room with toilet, shower and balcony.

This hostel has potential. But the staff were rude and the facility's were really dirty. Location is Ok.
