The attention of the house is unrede helpful and not at all friendly. It is the 2nd time I come, the first time I had a good experience but a relative did not. I didn't understand it until now that I passed and really zero kindness. You come to the jungle to relax but if someone blunt and unkind welcomes you… the truth is that it ruins everything!

My stay was spectacular, starting with the good service and cozy atmosphere, where you feel more at home than in a hotel. Everyone was super attentive, the weather perfect and you can have drinks by the pool, with beautiful scenery. Ahh the food was very very good, especially the maiden ceviche.
