Everything is the maximum from the staff in charge to the food and all the facilities.

Comfortable environments, very friendly staff, heated pool, ideal for a good rest.

The hotel is excellent, the architecture is beautiful, the green areas and vineyards beautiful, I loved the fireplace area, generates j. Super cozy atmosphere and it shows that in each environment the smallest detail has been taken care of. The attention of the person who receives you L income and each one in reception, bar and restaurant is exceptional, all are very attentive and friendly and seek that the guest feels comfortable at all times. The delicious food, the best the wine at the cellar price and they keep the bottle if you do not finish it or you can take it to another environment. A place to completely disconnect 1000% recommended. If I suggest that the sours and cocktails carry a touch more of pisco, they were like refreshment, delicious but very soft.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Beautiful views, elegant pools, and an over-the top experience being served dinner at a cozy grouping of couches around our own person outdoor fireplace. This place far exceeded my expectations, and I would have loved to stay longer.

Not only is it a very nice hotel and full of details, all the staff is 5 stars, friendly and polite all.
There are several families who have been unable to go on strike and the hotel has cared about everyone at all times, providing security and support to all, it is in complicated situations where you really see the quality of the attention of a company and I put 10/10.

They are not flexible in thinking of a solution that works for both parties. They just took our money.

An experience as relaxing as well as satisfying. Very good customer service, excellent attention, the food is simply delicious and the general care of the facilities impeccable. During the dinner, our waiter Deybis muñoz gave us a top-notch care! In addition, a few surprising exquisite sparkling wines which we do not hesitate to buy several bottles. Amazing place, we enjoyed the pool, great getaway for family with kids. Paula was our server and she was great! upon check out the front desk agent kept texting and checking her cellphone without telling me anything, I walked away thinking I was done only then she addressed my request.

The hotel and service very good.
However many flies and do not warn of the amount of mosquitoes that there are, and they eat you alive… we've come full of welts no longer we use quite repellent. They should warn you and put repellent in the rooms as other hotels in this category do.

A perfect place for a retreat of short or long term. Exceptional staff and great atmosphere. Good luxury as a starting point for a daytrip to the Nasca lines. If you enjoy vineyards, a must to go place. Hanging out at the pool with drinks is also a great option. Take the tour thru the vineyards, you will not be disappointed in the view and memories you will take home with you!

Very good. I remove a star just because they were not clear with the price of Booking, and because in the description said Bath but their rooms did not have. Preferably book directly with the hotel. First class facilities, heated pool, delicious food. Wear repellent.

Nos hospedamos en el viñedo al final de semana santa, coincidía con nuestro itinerario de viaje por Sudamérica, el sitio es bonito y la intención es muy buena, pero la falta de atención a los detalles arruina la experiencia. Con una tarifa de 350 dólares por noche por pareja, esperábamos un hotel del lujo y buena comida. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación de buena calidad y el staff amable, aunque con falta de iniciativa para ayudarte. En la comida y cena el menú que nos ofrecieron solo tenía 3 opciones en 1er y 2o tiempo, la cuales fueron de bueno a mediocre al avanzar la comida, con mayonesa en bolsitas, nieve de mediana calidad y una presentación pobre. Los meseros fueron erráticos, con poca experiencia y en un número menor a lo requerido. El menú regular ofrece opciones muy apetecibles, pero lo que te incluyen en el "paquete" es muy muy limitado. El recorrido al viñedo muy escénico pero con mímima información técnica, su degustación es buena pero general y no aporta mayor conocimiento de sus vinos. El personal de seguridad en el acceso no inicia una buena experiencia, y esto refleja el resto de la estancia, desde el proceso de reservación hasta el check out es evidente la falta de interés en las necesidades del huésped. La amenidades en el baño no están a la altura de la tarifa, ni en calidad o variedad. Esta marca de productos las hemos encontrado en hoteles de 40 dólares por noche, solo cambia la etiqueta.

The place overall is very nice and cozy but a big problem they have is the excessive presence of flies in their main restaurant, plus the poor buffet breakfast they offer. Things to highlight is the landscape that gives you the vineyards, heated pools, snacks and drinks of very high quality.

I loved it! Excellent atmosphere, very attentive staff and to the service 100%, the rooms very spacious and comfortable, very nice pool atmosphere, the drinks are sooo rich, I recommend the cinnamon Chilcano, passion fruit Chilcano and pisco punch from the bar in front of the pool. Delicious Restaurant Dishes! I recommend the linguini in Huancaina with a lomo skipped, it was terrific. The visit to the vineyard went to the 5pm and it was accurate because the view of the lookout with the sunset was amazing! Perfect for family or couple getaways.

I just spent a relaxing weekend with my family, the facilities and landscaping enchant anyone, however it would improve the attention of the reception staff, the bar and kitchen, they lack more warmth, for example the first day we arrived a couple of hours before check in In, tired, very heated with a 6-month-old baby and an adult with a cane we checked in at reception and asked to leave our things while they finished conditioning our room, so we went to the pool to wait. We didn't know that the pool was a little far from our rooms so it was time to walk, and my sister asked a staff if they had a wheelchair for my mom, and they told q didn't have. Arriving at the pool I agree that the package included 'welcome drinks' for the 4, so I approached the bar to ask and Miss told me q I had to have some tickets, then I asked her to call reception, I pass with Miss and she confirmed me that so it was, although the bar miss kept doing her job and I left standing waiting, after more than 5 min already a little annoyed I asked her again if she waited or called again to make sure, so she just told me q would already see me. It wouldn't have been better if at reception we were warmly welcomed and given tickets to order at a bar, as well as telling us that IF they had a wheelchair in case we needed to see an older person with a cane? The next day I decided to ask again because they were not considering having a wheelchair and ohhh surprise if they had a wheelchair!

It is an amazing place, a long trip but well worth it. Perfect to relax and enjoy a good holiday.

My room, the service, the dining room and kitchen. With noise of cups, dishes, trays and microwaves from 6 am. With the smells of fried and refried corresponding. The management on the grounds that the hotel is full when I made my reservation 4 months ago. Saying that as I made my booking through a web site, this is the room that corresponds. Guests do not follow the rules and the hotel staff do not enforce them. All morning in the pool, exclusive for adults, with a girl jumping and playing without anyone from the hotel will call the attention. Lousy service, lousy care. In works, because they are building an annex which, in my judgment, will saturate the facility. With the bicycles that they offer to stroll through the vineyards better, don't scrape, if you do not have to rush out to get vaccinated for tetanus. Could follow…

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and luxurious. The hosts treated us to a free tour through the vinyard up the mountain and a bottle of bubbly overviewing the property at dawn. The food is simply incredible and all the staff are super polite, friendly and capable. Thank you!

A good 5-star hotel with a good breakfast, humble service, great vineyards, swimming pools, jacuzzi and more.

Excellent place of rest and relaxation, it has several swimming pools and the children's is heated. As part of the stay to provide a tour tasting for the various parts of the vineyard.

Amazing place! My wife and I stopped here on our way back to Lima from Nazca. Beautiful facilities and rooms. Extremely relaxing and well thought out design and details. Some of the best food we've had in Peru. Nice pool to relax beside. Great service. We definitely plan to come back and bring some friends to enjoy together.

Excellent place close to Lima and with the best auto. Entertaining, fun, adventure and total relaxation… all at once, your child will feel like… the good weather of the sierra's… in addition to q you will learn of piscos and wines.
