The hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or older adults, I just wanted to leave a precedent in the book of claims in a very polite way but the operations manager did not speak to me in a cordial way or respecting my point of view. The drinks and meals of first class, very delicious. The pool was very clean and comfortable. All facilities give you comfort, relaxation and disconnection. All very clean. It is a hotel where you can go to rest and enjoy to the fullest. I recommend it.

As soon as we arrived and were treated like kings, the service is excellent, very friendly. Very quiet place perfect to rest and forget everything. Clean and warm pool. Above all the food is delicious, fresh and well prepared, but best of all are the drinks! A1, the best piña colada, daiquiris, is something I can't explain.
It is not a noisy place, you sleep like a baby, comfortable beds, large bathroom. Anyway, it's a 200% recommended site if your goal is to leave problems behind and be treated as spoiled.

This is an excellent quaint hotel. There is a simple yet rustic feel with white, turquoise and terracotta colours that a nice and relaxing holiday feel. Hotel Villa Jazmin is located towards the end of the Angostura "gated community" so generally the good residential area of Ica, along with more hotels surrounding. Generally service is good, with the odd hiccup but nothing bad. There are plenty of steps so not really wheelchair friendly. There is an indoor parking area if you come by car. Taxis to the center and Huacachina are approx 7/10 soles one way. Only take hotel recommended taxis. Overall I enjoyed my experience very much and as a solo/adventure traveller would be happy to return in the same circumstances.
