Spent 2 weeks here last January and the employees were all so wonderful. The rooms were super clean and I’m super fussy about this but they were on point with everything. Super professional. The breakfast was lovely and service was fantastic. I’m booking again in September. Don’t really want to even try anywhere else after such a wonderful experience. I’m Irish and my husband is Peruvian. Have to say. Super impressive.

It's awesome their staff are so humble and polite shows the true heart of the cusqueños. Their restaurant it's amazing the entertaining and staff in the restaurant were amazing we will definitely come back to Sonesta and will recommend it to our friends.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. We came with my husband to rest for a few days at Easter and everything was impeccable. Kindness was present at all times. Compliance with the protocols is excellent and gave us a lot of security and peace of mind. All the workers were helpful and gave 110% on every interaction with us to make sure our stay was a good one. I highly recommend it!

The hot water faucet is leaking in our bathroom on the tub water doesn’t necessarily shut off but that can happen anywhere the hotel is nice and everybody’s been wonderful.

The stars of a hotel not only gives you the infrastructure, but the treatment of all the workers to the guests, really are spent, all very friendly, full of details and attentions are beyond 5 stars!

One of the most luxurious rooms we ever stayed in. A separate seating area with a coffee maker, bathroom with separate water closet, shower and spa tub. Wonderful view of the city. The staff is very accommodating and are all bi-lingual.
