Superior rooms are very nice, twice the size the single rooms. Located on upper floors. Very quiet. First night the single room I got on 2nd floor was not noise isolated from the neighbor rooms. It was like there were no walls. Location is very, very good. 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, short walk from good restaurants. Many good currency exchange rate offices close by at Jerusalen street. Breakfast is good too. Free Wi-Fi.

It has a good location close to Plaza de Armas, the attention of its staff is excellent, the service is of good standard. The breakfast though is not varied is enough.

Room was small and very little light in the back of the building. Wish I had known about the rooftop terrace When I arrived as there is a great view and would have spent time reading up here. Good central location for exploring town.

A friendly and comfotable place that will take good care of all of you. Staff is very professional, but this does not take away the friendliness away from them. It is one of the best hotels in Arequipa. With only 24 units you will be welcomed and treated royally. Not as luxurious as Casa Andina but superior comfort and affordable. Psst, do not talk aloud about this place since they will be "discovered" and you will find no vacancies if you try to stay there. Check the art work throughout the building, outstanding local art.

This hotel was great value — just a few minutes walk from the Plaza des Armas. The hotel is typically Tierra Viva standard — modern and comfortable. Beds were great. Showers were great. All the furniture is exactly the same as the other Tierra Viva hotels. Wifi was fast. Exactly the sort of hotel you want as a 3-4 star tourist, and the prices were very good too! Only downsides? Some of the rooms face the road — which is very noisy — so definitely request a room facing the inner courtyard. The breakfast could be improved too — but had a decent selection of hot foods and cold foods. I would rate the breakfast 3/5 — not a deal breaker. Overall, I would stay here again if back in Arequipa!

It was our first hotel in Peru and no doubt having in mind its price, the quality is well above what would be expected. The best of its location and its huge bed full of pillows. The rooms are equipped with TV, safety deposit box, radioador, hair dryer and everything you need for the toilet. The breakfast simple but tasty. For if it were of little account, with a free pick up at the airport.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old city. Within walking distance of the main plaza and many things to see and do. Our room off the courtyard had a very comfortable bed and was neat and clean. You can open your windows for a nice breeze. Turn down service with a chocolate on your pillow is a nice touch. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. They arranged a delivery of dinner one night when we were exhausted. The included breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, fresh juices, coffee and tea was a nice way to start our day. There is laundry service available for a fee. I highly recommend this hotel. I do recommend you ask for a room off the courtyard as street side is a bit noisy with Peru's busy cars.
