Service, your air conditioner does not work, your electric power either. A disaster.

Wonderful staff who were very attentive to all of our needs. Special shout out to hotel employees Jesus, Joseph, and Vanesa who made us feel at home in the most sincere way. The hotel is walking distance from La Plaza de Armas which is super convenient.
I had an amazing stay, will most likely stay at this hotel on my next visit.

We stayed 3 days, the facilities are wonderful, have a terrace with spectacular view.
The best was the service of all the people who work there, reception, chef, concierge; they took care of all our orders in minutes and gave us very good recommendations for places to walk, shop and eat.

Before you book this hotel read this story and choose another Hotel, or you like to get robbed an to be treated like a criminal, then you have to go here. In this hotel are are robbed by our bag including our pasports and cash money, credit cards and bank passes, and that changed our view about this hotel.
When we mentoined to the staff that our bag with pasports and money was stolen the staff was't surprised. When we asked for the camera images, the staff told it didn't work…. I found out later that it worked well, but they wouldn't show us the recordings. We wanted to check in, we must pay our room in cash before we got our key, while the staff knew that are money was stolen. The staff wanted us to leave the hotel because they knew who has robbed us. There was nobody from the staff that feld sorry for our loss, even an excuus is not made. Greeting from Holland

First of all, we came to this hotel my husband, my 2 year old daughter and I along with my in-laws for 3 days, due to the recommendation of some cousins who come every year and stay at this hotel. We arrived at the airport and the staff, who had assured us to pick us up from the place about 48 hours, did NOT show up at the airport, leaving us without mobility at 5.
We arrived at the hotel and had no better idea than to tell us that they no longer had that service. On the other hand, we left our luggage in custody together with our jackets since we still could not check in, when we returned we were indicated that they did not find our jackets, which appeared in another room. The end of it! We were moved to room and when we entered, the room was occupied with bags from other guests.
We went for a walk, returning at night and on the way back, 1 of the rooms was not clean, did not do the cleaning of the day: neglected beds, untaken bathroom garbage, did not change towels, etc, which they had q do to our claim at 8 pm When they recite we were told that this happened when the staff were tired of working.
Another "detail" of the room was that when we handed it over it, it had a closet drawer full of bags and tags from the previous guest.
Also, the restaurant bar 828 (so self-styled) does not offer any drinks other than beers, so it should not be called "bar".

Great Location! The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and spacious. If I had stayed at another property, I don't think I would have discovered the local restaurants just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Great hospitality places are a reflection of the people that work there at Arequipa and both the Desk Staff are the epitome of hospitality. Thanks Guys!

This is a really nice boutique hotel with a very friendly staff, and very clean rooms, at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend staying here.

My first impression of the hotel was amazing — the hotel was modern and luxurious. The food display also blew me away. The presentation was great & they had so many varieties! Our server was also great. She was attentive and very friendly!

Our room was upgraded to a suite and it was awesome, now I only want to stay in suites here! We had a beautiful view of the city.

Este hotel presenta unas instalaciones muy agradables, confortables y acogedoras, que van de la mano con la ciudad ancestral de Arequipa, con ese toque rústico en su arquitectura que hace continua la experiencia de estar la ciudad y hace que uno se olvide de la modernidad rutinaria. El servicio fue espectacular, el personal siempre atento para brindar la mejor atención, y ni que hablar de la ubicación que es inmejorable, muy cerca al corazón de la ciudad. Por todo eso y algunos detalles adicionales le doy 5 estrellas y mi recomendación a este hotel.

Very good hotel, Comfortable, quiet a few blocks from the plaza de armas, the rooms very cosy without doubt come back to back. The room 305 is very spacious with a sofa bed. What I recommend.
