➜ We stayed one night and yesterday, after check out, we left the backpacks during the day at reception to go for a tour of the arequipa.
We were told there was no problem with them being there, which was a safe place.
Unfortunately we just realized that we had our backpacks opened, stealing some of our belongings.
Beautiful establishment. Spacious rooms and good location.

! Horrible experience!
We made the grave mistake of letting ourselves be influenced by a taxi driver, to stay at this lodging La Casona de Palacio Viejo, he told us that we would be charged a price of 100.00 suns per night with breakfasts, which was a total lie, because the receptionist ended up charging us 150.00 suns for each night and without any breakfast, arguing that they gave a commission of our money to the taxi driver … a real deception and scam …, I advise never to go to this lodging, because it is not formal or truthful in the information they provide, they work together with thieves taxi drivers, who ended up cheating on you, as they did with us, on top of that they never provided us with a Sales Ticket or Formal Invoice for everything we pay (evade taxes, which shows that if they are totally informal), be very careful, not recommended at all.
