The receptionist was very rude and wanted $80 dollars for an early check in. We said that is crazy and and offered $40. She accepted but wanted it in cash, she did change her mind. It was kinda weird like she was gonna pocket the cash. Then she gave us a double bed so me and my wife have to sleep separate and look at our view. I honestly think she did all this to piss us off and I don’t know what we did to her. Revised review I’m keeping the original cause it’s the truth. But need to update. The breakfast is great. The gym is small but has all the necessary equipment to get a full body workout. That one lady was just a bad apple, everyone else is great.

I only visited him to participate in a seminar. Cleaning, lighting, air conditioning and multimedia DW room OK.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the staff were very attentive and comfortable.

We were in this Easter and everything spectacular. The location in the same square of arms is unbeatable. We enjoyed a lot of the meals in the restaurant overlooking the square and the cathedral. The delicious buffet breakfast apart from what is available at the table you can pick up free dishes like tamal Arequipa, characatos eggs, mini pork rinds (in my opinion mini has nothing as the portion is enough). Staff very attentive to the guests with an A1 deal that characterizes the chain. For dinner we really enjoyed the pizza the plaza and the Salchipapa. We loved the promotion 2x1 in sour and Chilcanos from 5 to 8. The pool on the terrace very well hopefully later you can have the water tempered. We hope to come back another time.

The room wasn't spacious but really cozy. Especially the balcony in the room! Besides, the scenery outside the restaurant was simply stunning!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in Peru. Good location. Great room. Pool! Beware, grey tile in pool's shower room and pool deck gets slippery when wet.

Beautiful place and overlooking the Plaza de Armas. Will definitely stay here again! Great service, food and location!

I'm an American; me, my friend, and my fiance stayed here for 2 nights in June 2016. All I can say is THANK GOODNESS for this hotel. The streetview might not look so hot, but the inside of the hotel is gorgeous. Prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels in Arequipa. (Don't fall for the mega-ritzy, tourist-y hotels at $80-120 per night. We paid 150sol for a three-bed-room, which came to 50sol/person (about $17 per person! ) ) I strongly encourage any American visitors to stay here, and will likely be returning myself someday. Arequipa is a wonderful place, so grab some queso helado, kick back, and stay an extra night or two! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived Jan. 6th and were able to enjoy the El Dia De Reyes (Three Kings) festival from the restaurant balcony, which we ate at on three different occasions for lunch/dinner and they never failed to impress. Every dish we ordered was amazing. We actually ate out one evening at Picantería Nuestra, which the food was good, but afterwards we agreed the hotels restaurant was better. Overall, a great time. Will stay there again if the need arises and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Arequipa.

The great courtyard with the rooms is around the ideal times a day. In addition, it is separated by the upstream meeting room and the reception from the street and city noise. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished.

Nice and clean modern. Excellent staff very close to town centre. Separate court room for drinks in the sun.
