Hotel in a safe area with option to mobilize to any place of PTY, the rooms are basic, include complimentary breakfast, the restaurant is regular and you pay extra for lunch and other meals.

The truth is that one other people is quite heavy, (at least compared to the honey that you are accustomed in your country) a Panamanian told us that is because people do not care to lose their job because if you lose find another around the corner and E s why we do not give much interest to customer service, but hey I think everywhere there are people like that, otherwise all well for the price per room is quite right what I received.

The service is bad, the Wi-Fi did not work very well. The attitude of the working people is shown indifferent.

Good food and comfortable rooms.

It is nice, very good price, the room is clean and the bathroom also. Good service I recommend it is located in a good area of the Capital.

I went recently and the truth I never go again, the attention of the workers is lousy should give them classes of customer service. It deserves no star and I aconcejoc any hotel except that.

Comfortable Hotel. Per night of lodging give breakfast included, the tracbajadores are cordial and attentive.

The rooms are outdated, the pool upstairs have dirt inside, the young bar tender have attitude and also that chef lady. She walked away while talking to her, so I left my breakfast without saying goodbye to the staff.

The hotel is not totally bad, even it is a bit run down, but a brunette who is the caretaker has no manners with the guests. The truth is not convinced to return.

Regular breakfast. Even for a standard 1 person room, if you go 2, you get 2 breakfasts. Small room but it resolves effectively. Cable Tv, hot water.

We have to improve the attention. And the rooms the bathroom phone the televizier. All.

If you are looking for a place that is not crowded, good location and super price, this is a good choice for you. For me it is too simple and even though it is clean it shows abandoned/neglected.

I was guest of the hotel Montreal from the 13th to the 17th of November. It was good my experience, it is a simple, clean hotel, I always received good attention, good variety at breakfast included, and good prices at lunch and dinner. I find it very well located close to everything. So my experience was good at a very good price. I can recommend it. Do not use the pool for the winter but it is a nice terrace with beautiful view.

Good location, security for the vehicle, regular room in size and deteriorated, restaurant well, good treatment of staff, lack of maintenance to the building, elevator disgusts and the pool nor went.

Hotel Montreal is a bit worn and dated. But the rates are good, location OK, and it has a decent restaurant on the first floor that offers free breakfast to guests. The hotel's biggest plus is the small but scenic rooftop pool that offers great views of the city. The pool turned my review from 3 stars to 4.

The Hotel deserves one star. Receptionist does not speak english, room was not clean. Only one lightbulb worked, one towel provided for two people. The street is VERY loud, windows do not isolate at all. Wi-Fi is unuseable from the first floor on. Do not book.

This Hotel is HORRIBLE… it is not even a one star motel. How in the world would anyone consider this a 3.5 star hotel? The room is dirty, super pettite, the bathroom is so dirty I was afraid to use it! Never again! A hostal would had been a better choice. Oh, and the front desk personnel is so mean, that they treat you like you are hurting them by staying there.

Compared to what I am used to (European standard) the rooms are not very appealing. Toilet did not work in my room. The road (via España) is very loud, also during the whole night. Receptionist does not speak a word English. If you are not expecting too much you can stay here, otherwise go to one of the plenty other hotels in the area.
