Si vas de visita a la Ciudad del Saber, es la mejor opción de hotel. Pero si lo que quieres es hacer turismo y compras no te conviene ya que está muy alejado de centros comerciales, el tráfico en esa zona es terrible y en las cercanías del hotel prácticamente no hay nada. Éste hotel es mas para reuniones de trabajo, no para llevar a tu familia de vacaciones.

It is a quiet place to the front east the canal and you can walk around and do sports and eat read very good.

Nice place. Cozy. Good for mariners who coming to join vessel as it is very near from port balboa. Very nice view of panama canal. Good staff. You get free welcome drink card. Very clean rooms. Nice elevator.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, in City of knowledge but with a view to the Panama Canal, which makes Atractivonpara tourists or to perform events, have rooms with window to the canal. It is a clean, standard and comfortable hotel. It does not stand out for its attention, nor for its restaurant, they serve buffet food but with little variety or extraordinary flavors, they can improve on it.

The only bad thing ess that the bar closes early.

I have stayed twice and very satisfied. Teaching hotel so you can see the effort from young serious workers. Peaceful and safe area. Canal is a beautiful sight… I spoke too soon. Kids yelling in hallways all day. Adults talking loudly and kids listening to loud TV. Terrible experience this time. No control by management here. Too bad. Lowering rating.

Nice hotel with great views of the ships entering the Canal. Limited restaurant menu but food is very good. Happy every day (Mon to Fri) with 1USD for local beer and select drinks. Pool is decent size to cool off. Closest food store is about 2km walk. Room very was very big and comfortable.

This grandeous hotel sits close to the Panama canal. You can see ships crossing the canal everyday all day. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly. The food is awesome, you get free breakfast buffet style. The elevators are clean, the rooms are clean. It's a very spectacular place to stay in the city of knowledge.

The hotel is ok but it needs a lot of maintenance. One of the two elevators didn't work. The bathrooms have a bad smell.

Quiet clean canal locks to the front but no see… at least you can see the boats passing by… friendly staff.

A simple but very welcoming hotel, however it is a quick escape from the noise of the city, ideal for couples or families, who want a few days in silence. The Panama Canal is in front, literally and the opportunity to visit the exclusive and the museum is simple and easy, besides that you can enjoy the forest, the city of knowledge, etc.

We have organized many business meetings on this hotel and the service is really good. The staff is friendly and very informative, the premises are well kept and clean. I have never stayed here, so I can't rate the rooms or amenities. But strictly from meetings organization point of view, this place is top notch.

The service at the restaurante is 7/10 and the food is good. The fries however are salty.

Staff worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable. If you want a good view of canal stay on 6th floor… we were on the second floor and could only see trees. We asked to move up to 6th floor. It was so much better.

Bathroom could be improved. People are very friendly, and breakfast is ok. There is a free bus to the airport.

It's a hotel. It could be in 5 stars, but it requires better maintenance in its facilities, the humidity in its rooms is quite unpleasant, but the attention is good and something important works the school hotel within its facilities. I'd like to rate it 4 stars but it has to get a lot better.

It has several halls to hold meetings or small celebrations. The food in the firm was very rich.

Excellent prices, a very quiet place in the middle of the nature and close to the city, very close to the visitors center of the Panama Canal. Simple but clean and elegant. Recommended.

Great Hotel near Allbrook Airport. We were heading to Bocas del Toro after Panama City and wanted to stay close to the Allbrook Airport. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Our rate included the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. We did not have a Panama Canal view from the room, but you get an awesome view of the Canal just by standing in front of the hotel.

Good location close to Panama Canal, City of knowledge and Albrook shopping center. Quiet at night, allows you to rest well.

This was an okay experience, and I won't come back to this hotel to stay. I'm a top level guest at IHG hotels, and this one was probably the worst I've been to. The best things were the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was alright the next morning. The front desk staff when we checked in was friendly and helpful, he moved us to an upper floor reserved for IHG members with a king size bed as we had been booked into a double bed room. The shuttle runs to the Tocumen airport twice daily at 0700 and 1430, both inconvenient times and not helpful at all. Paid for a private shuttle recommended by the hotel which was pricey. Felt I practically had to beg the morning staff to arrange a drop off at the Albrook airport which is right beside the Albrook mall and we were also the only passengers. Also only runs to that destination twice a day. The hotel walls were beat up and scuff marks every where as well as in our room. When wee checked out the room, there were long black hairs left in the toilet and the bed sheet on my side had dirt on it when I turned back the covers. The floor had a slick feeling the whole time (not sure whether it was condensation in the room or the cleaning solution used). Also not a quiet room, could hear cars and motorcycles on the highway, and lets not forget the trains that passed by across the street. I guess the limits view of the canal was okay.

This hotel is fine if you need to stay in the Clayton area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are a good size. The restaurant serves a decent breakfast and although the evening menu is limited, the dishes were prepared to a very high standard. On the down side, the Wi-Fi is appallingly slow and I hope the management will improve this soon.

Nice and quiet location without being isolated. View is nice and bed is comfortable. However, Wi-Fi is really bad.

We have stayed here twice, in 2014 n 2016. It is comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast (included) very good, location excellent. The Miraflores locks are visible from the rooms facing the Panama Canal and one can go on either direction easily. It is not a five star hotel because it doesn't have the excessive luxury and unnecessary penache (unless you want to pay for it! ) But it is an excellent, solid hotel that makes feel at home, without a huge price tag. Enjoy it!

Quality, comfort. Smaller pool than a fountain.

A porqueria hotel. I saw online that there was room and when they told me that there was no room. There was nobody, not a single car outside. I don't recommend it, I was treated terrible and very rude, when I arrive there was nobody at reception they were all tucked into celebrating is not that. In summary… a mojon like a train.

Outstanding service. I just came back from an amazing vacation in Panama — and a big part of the reason it was amazing was because I stayed at the Holiday Inn Panama Canal. From the minute we arrived, everyone was extremely friendly. Everything is perfect. Location is amazing — we are walking distance from everything we needed like restaurants and shopping. Staff are on hand to help with chairs, drinks, lunch, or whatever else you might need. The pool is also awesome. I can't forget to mention here enjoying the panoramic view of The Panama Canal from room. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends, and I am looking forward to my next stay.

They over charged my credit card. I noticed it the same day before I checked out and told them about it. The staff had no clue what I was talking about and I had to break it elementary style and still didn't understand now my bank is disputing the charge.

Everything was fine except food.
