Great everything! Very friendly at the reception, varied and delicious breakfast, all very clean and in order; the little fish, but enjoy it because it's like a Jacuzzi fish table. I would go again…

Excellent hotel was my first time in Panama and it is a super cute hotel with beautiful views and has everything very close and all the staff are very cute and super neat ^_^

At night the noise of the compressor and the AC is very strong. In addition to the cleanliness of rooms are very late (4pm)

The breakfast buffet is exquisite with good attention. The room is spacious and clean. It is well located in the area the crab, near the station of Metrlo el Carmen.

We been a lot of time to this hotel but is not the same as before. I walk in for check in and before I went to the reception I check the rate its 79 US dollar includes breakfast and when I try to ask how much for one night the lady told me its 108 US dollars. So better to book through online if I decided to stay again here.

Friendly staff, nice facilities and good location.

When we arrived to the hotel the bed sheets had stains and we had to bring them down stairs to the front desk because they couldn't bring them up to us. The front desk was not very friendly and the resturaunt service was bad also. I can asure you that we will not stay here again.

As a walk-in I got quoted a rate of $100/night. That sounded a bit steep so I only took it for one night. Then I go up to my room and lo and behold the going rate on the website is $67 for the same night, exact same room. And not only that but if I stay 3 nights Fri-Sun it gets even cheaper, just $34 for the 3rd night. So why did I get quoted such a high rate as a walk-in? Did they sense out of town Gringo who didn't know any better? I'm booked for 3 more nights, it is a nice hotel, but I will remember getting quoted an artificially high price for the first night for no good reason.

When we got the room it was dirty, the bed un fixing or changing the sheets, we were delivered as the previous person used and took a long time to fix it.

Cuisinr is not good. But the room are comfy and clean.

Got swerved on the price of a meal at their restaurant, but other than that, it is a fine hotel. The 4.4 overall rating is about right. Area is close to good shopping and transportation. Useful bodega steps away. Clean and well-built hotel. Recommended.

4-Star Hotel … Good attention, good system that manages, accessible and central to Panama City. Luxurious rooms, pool on the terrace, buffet breakfast.

I stay here every time I come to PC. It's reasonably priced and conveniently located. Rooms are actually quite nice. There's a casino across the street as well.

Downtown. Well arranged staff. Traffic is the only detail. Close to the subway is your big advantage.

I stayed here a week, and would definitely come here again. At first, I had a room overlooking the pool. It was rather dark so I asked to move to a cityside room, and they accommodated me very quickly. In the second room, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and the room didn't get cleaned as well. But overall, my stay was very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which I very much appreciated! This hotel is also in a great location in Cangrejo, near many of the city's top restaurants. This was a great value, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you're looking to avoid the unknown of hotels in foreign countries, the Hilton offers the securities of knowing exactly what you'll be getting. The room was nice as was the food in the restaurant.

Actually, the hotel is quite ok. Unfortunately, the rooms smelled very. Maybe somebody previously had smoked there. Nice mini pool (not for swimming) on the roof. Staff quite friendly. Location, you can reach the city on foot, Not even the old town.

The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The staff are all very friendly. The only reason I did nit gove a perfect review is the cafe. You can order a csfe con leche and it is intetpreted and charged five different ways. Also room service forgets items often. Out if four orders none came correct on furst delivery. Great place to stay jn Panama for tge price.

Stayed here 6 months ago. Probably one of the best bangs for your buck in Panama. You can get rooms for under $70 a night and they are quite nice rooms and amenities. It's nothing fancy or spectacular, but for it's price you can't go wrong.

Room smell musty. NO washcloth /face cloths. Had to bathe with a giant hand towel, very awkward. However, staff were very polite and informative.
