Super recommended, we came to celebrate Wedding Anniversary and my birthday. We chose the hotel for its view from the 14th floor and infinity pool. I also entered other guests' reviews and liked what I read about employee treatment and cleanliness. Now I can attest to that. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At Audrye reception and in Mary's restaurant/cafe they are super cute, attentive, friendly girls who go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended. Overall Panama we liked it very much.

Panamá city hotels are typically very affordable and you get a lot for your money. AC Hotel by Marriott is no exception as it is quite luxurious with beautifully-designed spacious modern rooms, an attractive lobby with ground floor restaurant and a rooftop infinity pool plus bar. Location is excellent with many dining and nightlife options within a block or two. Plus, getting to Casco Viejo is easy and inexpensive with either uber or the subway stop around the corner. The staff is also super friendly and helpful as the made excellent recommendations for everything.

We had a great stay. Good location and nice breakfast. The Eurostars was our first stop on our trip through Panama and we found it a very good place to get started and to explore the city.

A hotel under profile that surprises once inside. Very good decoration excellent deal. The service of the restaurants a little slow but the hotel is worth it.

Located in a good place and good hotel to spend the night, the bad thing that if you book by some electronic means does not include breakfast and pay it there is expensive… Very expensive! Attention to that.

I never know why this hotel is always so inexpensive, but I won't complain. In fact, I've stayed here probably five times now, and I love the huge rooms, good service, great gym, rooftop pool deck with amazing views, fancy bathrooms, super comfortable beds, and central location. I just don't see the point in staying elsewhere.

The view from the pool area is amazing, it's also located on the top floor. For a 5 star hotel it has great prices. The food from the restaurante was also good.

Hotel 5 *, but not for everything! The staff are adorable, but either overwhelmed or lacking in organization and/or professionalism. The rooms are not made, the breakfast requested early in the morning, not the appointment, in short, famous does not always follow but do everything to repair with a lot of good humor.

We loved it here. We would totally come back. Our room was very spacious, our bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The view of the city is spectacular, especially on the 26th and 27th floors. The pool was OK, but from the pool area was phenomenal. They do have a Jacuzzi, which was on the sixth floor with the gym and spa area. I would totally recommend this hotel others. Hope to come back someday.

Terrible service — This was a serious disappointment. The hotel has potential, but the service was unacceptable. To begin with, there were no robes, slippers, or minibar as described. I happen to like those things. When I raised the issue with front desk staff, the guy working the front desk just looked at me and did nothing. Went to the bar at the casino, no bar tender. People standing around like they don't care. More troubling was check-in. I arrived at 1:30pm and was told no early check-in before 3pm. I then sat down in the lobby and watched at least seven or eight people check-in right behind me early. In fact, everyone who approached the front desk after me was allowed to check in. So about 45 minutes later I approached and asked why I wasn't allowed to check-in. No reason was given, they just checked me in and said sorry. Throughout my stay I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told the manager wasn't there or they would have a manager call. Never happened. Poor poor service seemed common throughout my travels in Panama.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very friendly and facing. The buffet is very diverse in the selection, there is something for everyone.
On the rooftop pool (26th floor) has a good size and you have a nice view of the skyline.
I myself was on the 22nd floor and was more than satisfied with my view!

Nice hotel with a nice view. Breakfast was very good and the room clean. The pool is nothing special but you can have a good view over the city with its hills and the sea in the background. You can get around very easily with uber.

Beautiful hotel, impeccable courtesy of the staff at the reception, spacious and comfortable room with manicured and classy furnishings, breathtaking views above all on the floor with swimming pool (sunset required! ). Crazy the gym with lots of new machines; Nice spa Area (although here you improve the maintenance/cleaning/personal presence).

The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The room and bathroom are very clean, with good Wi-Fi but no kettle for tea/coffee. The rooftop swimming pool is nice for relaxing after a hot day. A subway station is around the corner, as well as restaurants and convenience stores. Good value at 50€ per night.

Needs total sweep: facilities and staff. Location is inconvenient due to so much traffic. Lobby reeks like wet laundry, hallway carpets have not been vacuumed for a very long time. Carpets in the guest rooms are filthy. Cleaning staff put filthy sheets on the beds twice and we had to go to the reception desk for towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper for three out of seven days. Breakfast buffet not worth the price in quality nor in service. Incompetence reigns supreme here. Save yourself frustration by finding another hotel.

The room/bathroom is really big and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. But key things missing such as no complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were very unhelpful/indifferent to serving you. Having said that the lady cleaning my room was so lovely. Breakfast hot food options were revolting and limited. Fresh fruit and bread were good. Overall very disappointing. The rooftop pool area has amazing views but the pool was filthy so I just sat near it, I didn't get in it. A bit of a missed opportunity to make this area really nice. The hotel has been mostly nicely decorated but the top two floors seem to have been neglected, it's odd given they have such great views and potential.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was great and helpful on telling me where to go especially since I had a rental. The room was super clean and were cleaned great after using it. Also the view was amazing. It was spacious. The free parking helped. Plus there were inexspensive restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket diagonal where you could get all your necessities for cheap.

Stayed 1 night but it was the best night's sleep I've ever had. The room was huge and so was the bed. Great shower and bathroom. True 5 star quality and a fraction of the price compared to the others. Only a $3 Uber from the Casco Viejo. There's a restaurant at the top which is ok, but the views are fantastic.

As we arrived to the hotel the block across the street looked a bit dingy, but once we walked into the hotel it was a palace, their server was a bit slow for check in, but besides that everything was awesome… they had fruit punch drinks freshly made on the spot, gorgeous rooms and absolutely sick rooftop pool and deck overlooking the whole city… and what a sick spa they have… and to top it off the customer service was absolutely phenomenal!

1). We booked this place because it had a casino. We get here and the casino closed for construction. 2). Ordered room service for dinner. I ordered the Corvina al Pesto (sea bass with pesto and fettuccine) … They brought completely wrong item. No biggie. I ate it. Not exact what I wanted but it was ok if you overlooked the 1/4 cup oil floating on the plate. But the kicker… the real joy of the experience was the lack of sleep. Apparently an A/C motor of some sort was in the space above/near our room? And it was having problems. Major problems. When it kicked on it sounded like a diesel truck was just outside our wall. Loud. This came on for about 15 or so minutes. This happened 4 or so times. We called front desk. No offer of help. When we checked out we communicated events to manager. Nothing. We were told that WE should of been the ones to request changing rooms. They did offer 50 percent off my wrong dinner order. … so about $8 bucks for this whole experience. Buyer beware! Ick!
