Excellent, one of the best hotels in panama. It is normal price, breakfast is rich, abstention is good and the room is huge, the bathroom is also very large and that bed, god, that bed is the maximum. Super recommendable. It's also in Multiplaza which is a shopping center where you have everything.

Excellent hotel chain, managed by Marriott Hotel. Its location is ideal as it is next to the Multiplaza shopping center, where you get a variety of shops and restaurants.

Unfortunate. 15 days ago I booked and paid. I even called on the phone on Monday 28/5 to secure everything. First I went to Mexico and today I arrive in Panama.
From the entrance they receive me by the way and they tell me something invented, that they had problems in the pipe and they had to evacuate an area and move guests. Then they sent me to another hotel. I hate these irresponsibility, so that there is the cell phone and the email.
Well q to charge me they did it right away.

They should worry a little more about the brand, I love the location, not bad, but as I say they should watch for a friendlier attention, I have been to courtyards with more services, this or sauna has but I repeat I love the location and not bad.

Although the hotel was clean and well situated near the mall, I unfortunately had a bad experience. When I arrived home there was a gold chain with a diamond star missing from the jewelry box. I phoned the hotel and after going to look for it they said nothing was found. The staff's English is extremely poor and the staff member on the phone kept saying what a pleasure it was to speak to me. Naturally I was not pleased, but cannot go back to sort this out. This has taught me to check everything that is put into the safe very carefully before leaving even if it is all closed in a box. Never thought this would be necessary.

Don't use their in room coffee makers, one blew up in my face and scalded me and on my hand this morning. They seems unconcerned making me think it happens allot.

Adriana a hotel operator was rude, unhappy when asked for help about taxis, tours or transferring call to our room. We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and it was a nightmare trying to sleep the first night with unruly neighbors and despite our 3 calls to report this no one did anything about it. Adriana seemed annoyed every time we called to get an update on this situation.

Next to the large mall. The mall includes a cinema, half price Wednesdays btw. The hotel is nicely located. Breakfast as of January 2017 is $17 and the average meal is $20 plus. Room service until 1am. Price of Corona beer is $4.50 in the hotel bar, in the supermarket it's $1.46 :)

The hotel is not very luxurious, rooms are Good, the restaurant is Not recommended the good thing Is adjacent to the mall múltiplaza it is a point in its favor.

Beautiful. I thought it would be more beautiful truth. But I admit that if I liked it. The rooms are really large. Only that they are a little older things in general. That is to say, the note that was set many years ago.

If you're looking to be right in the middle of things, you can't beat the location of this hotel. Check-in and check-out was fast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a business center in the lobby area with free computers which I found useful when I didn't want to look something up on my smartphone. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was fast and reliable. The only services I used at the hotel was the gym. The equipment is modern and they have Swiss balls and stretch mats. If I were to make a change and/or update the hotel, I'd give the hallways and the gym a fresh coat of paint. At least the hallway on my floor could be refurbished/painted. Earth-tone colors would be a big plus! During my stay, I used the Marriott app for the first time. I used it twice for housekeeping and to ask the front desk something. I assumed the service is instant but it took a longer period of time to get a reply. In any case, it's not a big deal. The concept is pretty cool. In terms of convenience, there's a metro stop about a 5 minute walk and a 24-hour grocery store about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. That was great! Whether you're in Panama City for business or pleasure, I definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in late October, 2016. This was our third stay and the hotel remains one of our favorites. The room was very nice and the staff was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful in all respects. We thoroughly enjoyed the Executive Club and the fitness facility, both of which are great assets for the hotel and excellent amenities for hotel guests. Special thanks to Maria, Karina, Natalie, and Diana who work in the Executive Club. These ladies are friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay great. They are great representatives of the Marriott brand because of the high quality way they treat hotel customers. We also enjoyed Ernestine in housekeeping who happily worked hard to make our stay a nice one. We got to meet Nelly, also in housekeeping, who we met during previous stays. She was very nice and, as always, very helpful and informative. Many thanks to them. We will stay at this hotel when we return to Panama City and will recommend it to everyone we know who travels to Panama.

Small hotel with all the facilities needed. Good experience in comfort and service. Good point on the ease of access to businesses and airports. Restaurants and shopping mall next to the hotel.

Good hotel. Great service in the Frontdesk. Going to pick up a few clients to the airport and while I waited I could tell the good sservicio that they provide to each person, regardless of whether it is guest or not. 5☆

I was hosted in this hotel between 14 and 25 August 2016, it was a very pleasant experience, I don't usually make comments, as my time is very limited, but I believe that in this case what should I do for that I was very satisfied. In particular I must highlight the honesty of the staff because once it is removed from the same note that I had left some belongings and return to reclaim me and were returned in their entirety, as well as a day is left open the safe and did not lose anything. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location and relation price/service is excellent.

I spent a full month in this hotel (July 16th 2015 to August 17th). Because of my job I have to spend many nights at hotels like this in many cities. I have to thank ALL hotel's staff for their kindness and professionalism they showed all times that I needed their attention. Starting with the reception desk personnel who every single time they understood my questions and requests with a frank and friendly smile. Their restaurant with the friendly and very supportive staff and the omelet guy, always ready to solve anything. The restaurant manager who was always ready to assist their customers at the floor. Their cleaning staff and even the security people. Always ready, always attentive. I believe that the lobby decoration requires an uplift to make it more Century 21's and up the level of the many 5 stars hotels in the city. Also, the elevators require a overhauling. They are frankly ugly. The rooms need a shake. The beds are comfortable and the old Marriot's pillows are not available any more. A new trend architect would love tearing down what you have in your rooms. Although, they are clean and comfy. Finally I need to publish special gratitude to Ms. Scarlet Acevedo at the front desk. She is just great. Congrat.
