The hotel staff is really not good but there is this one waiter or guy in the hotel who’s name is azhar. He really misbehaves alot and ruins all the good experience we had in this hotel. He thinks he is the owner of the hotel or smth like this and the way he speaks is unacceptable…. Not recommended definitely just because of the stafff they have, they will ruin all ur experience.

I have been to this place probably dozens and dozens of time. Undoubtedly, this hotel is located at one of the best locations in Muzaffarabad. This is next to Neelum river and sitting there in hot summer evening is refreshing. However, parking is not paved and poorly organized.

Everything is just perfect in this place I recommend everyone to try once in their lives.

The best place for stay in Muzzafarabad. Situated at river bank. Fantastic view of river and vally from Room Tarrace. All rooms have open tartace. Rooms are very neat and well maintained. Stafd is very cooperative, professional and well mannered. Good place for small corporate meetings.

For the place, it's a reasonably good hotel. But please don't compare it with hotels in bigger cities. The location is good. Food quality is just average. Crowd is lower middle class to upper middle class. I would still recommend this place due to it's vicinity with the river.

A very reasonable hotel for families, and one of the best hotels in muzaffarabad to offer decent food. The view of the open air restaurant is nice, and over all its a nice place to stay and dine.

Additionally there's an organized hospitality team (room service) and a good restaurant in which you can enjoy meals alongside the beautiful river views. Beautiful lill hotel tucked away in a city of cheap pearl continental knock offs. Reasonably priced good rooms great food. Beautiful grounds. 2nd visit would go again.

I arranged food for 50 people in this restaurant… booked my order with Mr Waseem … for 15Kg white chicken karahi… Although the location and price of food is economical, but most of the people got loose stomach next day… They use substandard quality of cooking oil… secondly the Nan served were at least one day old… unfortunately there are not many good restaurant in muzafarabad… but healthy and safe food should be the top priority… I will not recommend this hotel.

Good place to dine outside on river side. BBQ and food is good. Service good. Famous for wedding place in marquee. A vast lawn with river and mountains view. A bit expensive but good-for price. Worth dining with family.

The newly constructed guest rooms are good. The BBQ area needs improvement. They have announced launching of Kashmiri foods in a month time.
