On 26th February, around 9pm, I left my crossbody bag at the bar. I came back for it. All the valuable contents were intact. I thank the young man called Marcus for a job well done. He was quite friendly and polite too.

Modern, quiet, private lodging where one will be very comfortable. There's a great breakfast selection & the staff are professional, pleasant and courteous.

Lovely hotel in a convenient area. Each floor is dedicated to an artist and showcases their work. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast is a pleasure. The staff are really attentive and kind. The bed in the room is comfy and the room service is good. All in all it is a pleasant place to stay while in Lagos for business.

I have been to the hotel a number of times but last sunday was my first time having the sunday brunch there. I can say categorically, its one of my favorite brunches in Lagos. The spread was vast and catered to so many taste. The dessert bar was sinful and delicious. I had a great time here and will certainly return. I recommend it.

Nice and courteous waitresses. I had some cocktails (can't rwmember the names) with peppered snail and mashed potato at the pool side. Please fumigate the poolside because the mosquitoes and other bugs are real, I left with some bites on my legs. For a hotel with of that status, Very sad.

Excellent customer service. Very pricey. The food selection is fantastic. The atmosphere is so serene it almost makes you doubt if you are still in Lagos. If you are looking for a classy place for business lunch or date, then the George will impress you.

George is a place like home… my frnd nd I always stay at George. It's a place y'all wann be.

Very warm and quiet. It's a very private place, I had a meeting there and we also had lunch. I enjoyed sitting out back (poolside) and at the bar. The food was really tasty! And came in less than 30minutes after order. Tastes like what I would make at home. 5 stars for me!

Its alluring structures and lodging facilities are well decorated with lush essence, adding a western feel to the entire experience. It has 61 tastefully furnished and air-conditioned rooms and suites equipped with satellite TV sets, refrigerators, wardrobes, king sized beds, sofas and work desks. Some lodging units have a separate seating area, lounge area, kitchen and balconies overlooking either the pool. Available lodging selections include Classic rooms, Executive rooms, Classic Suites and Penthouse Suites. The George has a Bar & Restaurant where local and continental cuisines are served. To complement the dining experience, an extensive selection of assorted wine and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the bar. Other on-site facilities include a fitness centre, spa and swimming pool. Modern conference/meeting facilities are located on the ground floor and are fully-equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual gadgets.

This is the place to stay at when visiting Lagos. The service and quality is amazing.

It was an amazing stay and such good food. The staff were so nice. I am impressed.

A serene and well maintained flowery environment. Private security men are very attentive to their duty post. They even communicate via radios. There is a decent building for guests chauffeurs connected to a pay TV. It's a great hotel.

Fantastic reception and hosting by manager and staff. Food was very tasty, venue was spotless and staff bent over backwards to ensure we had a good evening.

The restaurant staff were inattentive, forgot orders etc but the food was acceptable when it arrived. The front desk staff were simply superb could not have been more helpful in getting me a cab when I was leaving. Clean and well maintained.

Rare to be welcomed by an hotel owner, in this case Mr Georges. Well done Sir and pleased meeting you. The F&B and service excellent and the Christmas decoration beautiful. Highly recommended.

Luxury hotel tucked in the heart of old Ikoyi. A lovely well finished edifice with decent parking options. My interaction with the team suggested professionalism steeped in competence without being effusive in their service expression. Unfortunately, I believe the hospitality industry requires that extra warmth that makes you want to return. They probably do everything really well as indicated by the bits and pieces I tasted. If The George was a building, I would describe it as a stunning masterpiece that lacks a true soulful expression. This is the reason why it can't be rated 5-star by me.

It's was so cool environment and I haven't seen any hotels in this island that think of welfare of drivers office as the George hotel dose.

Beautiful design. Very comfortable. Luxurious. Food is great. Staff are lovely especially the new assistant GM, Lamine Sylla. He just adds that personal touch. Well done sir!

This is a beautiful hotel, I feel the pool is to small tho, it is Italian themed. The customer service could be better. Food is great.

Lovely rooms, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The lounge areas are comfortable, the food is great and the location is quiet. Loved it!

This hotel is as beautiful as it been portrayed on the website. Brunch and dinner with beautiful array of dishes was served. Service could have been better though, as a few of their staff had a condescending attitude. All in all it was a beautiful experience.

Nice ambience … they need to ditch the funny nuts they serve along with your meals just keep it simple …

Very nice hotel in Lagos. Their food is pretty good, the bar has a nice selection, and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

I loved this hotel, its truly cozy, with excellent staff and my oh my! they have fantastic food. The rooms are well thought out and I got everything I needed-from a nail file to a vanity kit, to a shoe cleaner not forgetting the impeccable decor. And they knocked at my door and gave me chocolate-I literally melted. Highly recommended when you are in Lagos.

Everything about The George Hotel is 5star. Wonderful service. Lovely ambiance. Loved the rooms. Lots of parking space. Nice (but small) pool.

Great ambience for formal event. Great to stay as well. The ambience is amazing. It leans to pricey though compared to similar hotels around Lagos and it cannot take a large crowd so keep it well under 100 guests depending on your sitting arrangement. The food is… ok. I wasn't blown away although there was this really nice Danish pastry served that was really really good.

The hotel is warm and welcoming. The bedrooms want you to sleep in them. The pool is small but it works. LOL! There's a good variety of food and drink. Quite pricey but you won't regret the experience; good value for money.

I attended a Google event here. The place is really exquisite and secure. I particularly love the ambience that greets you at the poolside and the cool interior space with luxury design. Very neat and serene with lots of greenery. Lovely and tasty intercontinental dishes are well served (I tasted some). Though not so big, an efficient management of space was well thought out. A sight of the high-tech equipment inside this facility makes you relaxed and feel quite safe. Their staff could do well with a little smile while attending to customers tho.

Best hotel in Lagos. Food/bar service can be slow, but attentive. New-ish so no black mold issues (yet). Pool is lovely albeit you are "on display. " Very comfy sleeping and facilities. Breakfast buffet is good!

Our stay was good and the hotel met our expectation. I actually got total comfort at the hotel, They had neat and beautiful room setting, Consistent water, power supply and delicious meals. The environment was quite and the surrounding was very clean. Room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel had excellent customer service, the staffs were quick to respond to all. We will surely patronize them anytime we need hotel within this area.

The GM was a great host. It was my last night in Lagos and we decided to have a meal there. Great hotel, great location, excellent food, great service and very friendly staff. Thumbs up!

Classy. Absolutely difficult to find!. Great clean food. A bit uncoordinated managing a substantial crowd especially serving ordered items like juices… we had to order several times!. The food display space is too small…

Classy please, relaxed and pleasant. But they do not pick up the phone when you call them (? ). Bar nice, small. Food nice but in too cold room. Place difficult too find. But, good.
