Nena Lodge Tours Hotel

We had a great week of adventure exploring the Rio San Juan and Refugio Bartola with Seyla. The lodge was a great home base! Highly recommend you go here!

Arrived in El Castillo to the warm greeting of the family run Nena Lodge. The private room with bath was simple, clean, and had a perfect local charm. The common area second floor porch has great hammocks where I could people watch as well as enjoy river views. Took a nature tour with the Nena Lodge guides and had an adventure of a lifetime. Great Wi-Fi, coffee and breakfast everyday. What more could you want when looking to venture hours into the beautiful jungles of Nicaragua. I highly recommend Nena Lodge and Tours if visiting El Castillo.

I had a great couple of days here, Seyla and company offer great tours, and they were super helpful in coordinating with Bartola Basecamp for my trip out there as well. I stayed 2 nights here and loved the atmosphere, part of town, and the hosts were great. Great value lodging in an extraordinary place.

Excellent service, comfortable room, easy access and a lot of empathy from its owners.

It's $15 for a single room with private bathroom. Rooms are separated with cardboards. You can hear your neighbour snoring, his alarm clock, you can even smell his anti-perspirant. Anyone walking on the floor outside sways your room. Wi-Fi paid, $1 per day.

The hotel nena lodge offers avitaciones the pleasure of that visit is very natural offers turs alligators very impressive and here not ends all your hospitality is wonderful as much as their administrators are very sweet and charismatic hotel is more than great it is a place to say the magical where viviras wonderful experiences and your wi fi is the best of the people.

It is precisely what is expected of a lodge: a small, cozy, with common spaces. The owners are people very nice and warm.
