We enter at 2 in the morning we come from Leon until Rivas left for Esteli and the rules of the Hotel say k we can not stay until 2 should not be so radical and have a better Policy thanks x your lodging and your attentions THE LEON LIONS!

Very good facilities, I think the attention of the staff can improve, especially the quality of the food offered in their facilities.

In the rooms of the first level… Too Much noise, especially to the live music area.

Excellent hotel with a spectacular maintenance that looks always new. Its staff is very hospitable and active. You can notice the level of commitment to satisfy the guests. It has gym, a financial center and shopping Center as part of its installation. Very well located near all the activity of Esteli at the same time to be on the road to exit and entry of the city.

The a/c was very noisy as it is close to the beds, the breakfast I got was not hot and the dining room and the floor was dirty.

The best hotel in Esteli! Convenient as it is within a shopping centre!

I made an activity with a group of doctors in the lounge of the hotel, I was very ill-served, I even ruined a bottle of Tequila Don Julio that was to serve my guests, there was a time that all of the waiters were dropped and I had to assume as a waiter, serving tables and preparing beverages. When so as I always say to the waiters they told me q they were not working for the hotel, which had hired for this occasion. Not had trained and did not know anything to prepare drinks or serve guests. I complained to the charge of the hotel and told me that for the next time they were going to improve. I told q there would be no next time, then told me to send him something in writing. That was in December 2015, the activity was the end of the year party of the Society of Gynecologists of Estelí. Until today I had no response. Never more I will create something in that place.

A modern touch and different in Estelí. The well trained staff and first class attention, especially the staff at Reception and restaurant; the breakfast included is very good quality.
