Delightful villa in the garden. A beautifully developed oasis. Very well appointed garden villa, plus other rooms in the house.

Stayed here for 1 night. Paulina went out of her way. She picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station. Breakfast was amazing. Wholesome and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice, calm and peaceful place.

As a Woman alone with my dog, taking time out from work in the Sounds, I couldn’t have found a more perfect place than Joya guest house. Beautifully appointed rooms and heated floors in the lovely bath ‘tubbed’ room 😌. Very lucky to find such a fabulous, understanding host. I had a wonderful healing 4 day stay and those breakfasts were the most wholesome I’ve ever been served. Thank you Paulina for making my Winter break way more enjoyable than I ever expected.
