Amazing place to stay in whangarei, great for families and kiddies, great pool and spa area with bbq and table areas, amazing staff so friendly, service team are a lovely bunch of ladies who are so welcoming, the rooms and bathroom etc are so clean and tidy, full equipped kitchen. Feels like home away from home here. Walking distance from resturants, countdown, and pubs just all round a great place to stay and we had 14 of us come at once and stay in the family units ❤❤ thanks for putting up with us loud bunch for 4days lol.

We had an amazing stay. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was fully equiped, warm, clean and friendly reception. While the teenager enjoyed the Wi-Fi, the rest of us hanged out in the spa pool. Will most definitely be staying here again!

I recently stayed at this motel & would not recommend it at all. One of the owners and managers 'Monica' pulled me aside in the laundry room and asked if I could not use my heat pump through the night. 'when I wake up in the morning I can hear your heat pump going downstairs and I think about the power bill cha ching, cha ching. Last month our bill was over 2k'. I swear on my parents graves this was experience. $135.00 per night with power restrictions. I'm sorry but this was not ok treatment so I left and took my business elsewhere. On a positive, the service team staff and Rebecca were superb!

If you want somewhere to stay that goes the extra mile, this is the place for you! Nothing was an issue, Monica and Tim helped us at every turn. Lovely clean rooms, quiet and super friendly. Will definitely come back for another stay!

Really great place to stay. Very accommodating to our large group with an extra 2 bodies put on the room at last minute and very comfy beds. Great affordable price with lovely owners. Would definitely recommend.

Ours was a last minute booking and we were blown away by Monica’s excellent service. This was the only room left and Monica went out of her way to give us the accommodation we needed for one night and made us all feel so very welcomed. The room was perfectt, the pools & spa were great and the place is in walking distance to the tavern where we had dinner. Thank you so much Monica! Motel is recommended and we will definitely book here again in the future!

The room pictured was the room I stayed in a disabled access accomodation. I'm recovering from aggressive cancer and this was the perfect overnight stop. A huge bathroom with shower bench, great fast cooktop, laundry, jacuzzi, pool and carpark just outside the door. Absolutely worth the extra $5. Kind and patient owner/operator who provides excellent Kiwi service. Thankyou so much.

One of the best motels I've ever been. Kitchen is absolutely wonderful, bathroom is very tidy and new. Very kind hosts and a perfect location (city center 3 mins).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Motel and would like to thank Monica and her staff for their hospitality. We stayed for 23 nights over the Christmas period and were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean and nothing was too much trouble. We really did feel like we had a 'home from home' and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We will definitely be back! For the term 4 holiday my kids loved here and the manager is so lovely. With free Wi-Fi this is certainly a paradise for adult and kids. It was a pleasure chilling in the shade of the balcony and wonder look out the in horizon.
