➜ Room for 2 adults not well placed = above the kitchens, hence some noise nuisance.
Excellent Restaurant, good wine and good food.
➜ The negative reviews are not comprehensible to us. Whether the light switch for the bath is left or right, has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.
We had a room on the first floor and can't complain. Size was perfectly adequate for two people. If you need more space, rent a holiday apartment.
The only criticism from us was that new towels were laid every day, even if we had used the old ones further and that the stairs were a bit steep. But that is to lead back to the old building.

I live in Germany and I've been all over the seaside in Holland I've stayed in many hotels but my stay her was the worst, the room I've booked for 2 nights which had cost me 500 euros had no toilet door, no sink in the bathroom, no mirrors, no storage room for for your stuff, you can hear you neighbours going to the toilets, I mean you can hear every noise the make. when I complained about it they told me they can not do anything about it because I've paid on line. This was the worst Hotel I've ever been to.
