Good location, comfortable beds. No aircondition in rooms and no other facilities offered, was really warm in the rooms. Bad hospitality. Breakfast is simple and minimum choice. City was OK regarding entertainment.

Nice Hotel downtown. Unfortunately, no Air Conditioning. In the Hotel you can have Food and also a drink at the Bar. Breakfast is rich and the tasty Coffee comes fresh from the Machine.

Very nice staff. Well located in the centre with a great choice at the Horeca level. And even close to many activities for young and old.

All ok. We were pleased. Rooms functional and clean. Hotel (double room) and breakfast booked at a great price. That's why everything is just the best. Happy again!

Nice and clean food was excellent breakfast was expensive but other than that it was great stay.

Goed hotel, mooie schoon. Prima eten. Alleen zijn de kamers erg warm. Wel lekker als je het snel koud hebt. Zit overal lekker dichtbij. Allemaal op loop afstand en ook de parkeergarage is op aan de overzijde van de straat.

Aging. Cleanliness should be better cared for.

The hotel is a bit shabby, and I had to change room once because the lights didn't work in but the service was really friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, pretty quiet. Good bed and Breakfast Breakfast OK, no more. But the pastries are not good. Parking available right next door.

It's still the same hotel eight years ago. A redecorating would do you good. The staff is very attentive excellent breakfasts.

Big room, big bathroom, big beds, good temperature, not noise and in the center of Hengelo Really I recommend it.

Great friendly hotel in a perfect location for the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean, all staff are very friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room (not really a point to complain about) I have stayed in this hotel on many occasions and will continue to do so.

The hotel has a good location right in the centre. We had a suit with whirlpool.
The room was very large and was on the 5 floor so you had a good view over the city. Parking at the hotel was possible in the parking lot opposite, which costs 10, — € per day.
The breakfast was really good and adequate for the Dutch situation.
It had the standard of a good middle class conference hotel in Germany.

Nice hotel for a quick weekend break. Large clean rooms. Friendly well informed staff. Breakfast is standard buffet style. Parking is across the road in a multi storey car park. Payment is made in the hotel and you can come and go as you please. Hotel is near lots of bars cafes etc but quiet at night.

Room was adequate, had a nightclub and nice views.

Very friendly staff, good Service, good Breakfast. We were not the first Time here, and come here again and again. You can rent bicycles, the car Park is just opposite and can be paid at the Hotel by a 24-hour Tariff.

Nice hotel in a good location to the metropolis and the very nice pedestrian area. Some soft mattresses, everything else top. Nice staff.

Nice hotel near the train station and center of Hengelo. Very good breakfast, clean rooms, good service from a very friendly staff. Especially Jelle at the front desk was very helpful to us. I can recommend this hotel to everybody!

Hampshire hotel Hengelo ruined my honeymoon. We are traveling from Canada to Hengelo on our honeymoon thinking everything was arranged and taken care of but we were tricked in the end. We had called many months before hand and even two days before our departure, to see if our arrangements would still be honoured. We asked if we could stay for 13 days and pay at the end of our visit. Were just married and our finances are stressed till our wages would go in, and that would go through while we're on vacation. We knew the money's would be there. So after about 24 hours of buses, trains and planes, customs in Belgium we arrive in Hengelo off to the hotel, where they demanded a guarantee of the full balance, which is the same as paying upfront anyways. We didn't have it. We have our spending money in cash for the trip but if we paid, all we would be able to afford is to pick our nose in our room for the duration of our visit. We paid for one night, $149CDN on our overdraft. All the while pretending they never heard our story till that moment. I almost felt we were tricked to coming there at any means possible. We never wrote any names of the people we talked too and should of had a contract faxed to us. Trusting them with every word. Luckily we have alot of contacts in the area, and I have quite alot of history in Hengelo and that we have a place to stay temporarily. I will never ever stay there again. Be careful people.

The hotel is in the center of Hengelo. The rooms are Nice and clean. The service is oké and kind personal.

So hot in the room! It was a summer night but quite uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel is a little dated but perfectly nice.

It is very clean and located close to some very good restaurants. Bar is nice to have a beer and the hotel has a restaurant with a good menu and they offer a breakfast. I stay here for work.

Everything to tell the truth… the welcome. Quiet… great room Spacious… and the Breakfast.
