I had the best hotel stay in the Jaz in the city hotel. The staff were so professional and friendly. The bed was so comfortable and spacious! We had an issue with our shower not turning on but they got someone to fix it within 10 minutes. It has amazing facilities nearby such as an arcade, cinema, restaurants and the train station. I've already booked to go back in February! thanks for making my first trip to Dam special 💜

We felt very comfortable and welcome here only shortcoming only English or Dutch language.

Very nice and clean hotel in the immediate vicinity of the stadium. Very friendly staff and nice ambiance.

I like Amsterdam.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in February 2020 and were planning on staying there again at the end of March but, alas!, due to current circumstances we won't be able to. Even though our booking was non-refundable they agreed to cancel it for free, and I'm very grateful! With all the craziness going on and all our expenses due to the earlier flight back to the US, this money will be really useful. Now, to our first (and the only, yet! ) stay at this hotel. I'll just copy and paste my Booking. Com review here: "Amazing hotel, super big and comfortable bed, the best shower ever, very nice vegan breakfast (they made us tofu scramble at the cooking station and even gave us some vegan cheese and yogurt), live jazz music on Sundays during breakfast, very nice personnel. I LOVED IT ALL! We'll be back! " Thank you once again. Next time we're in Amsterdam, we're definitely staying at your hotel.

So our experience was really bad, we
find a mouse in our room. The staff was disgustingly not helpful. All the staff members, even the manager was acting badly. They talked with an silly attitude with us the clients. Do not go.

I have rarely felt so comfortable in a Hotel! The decor is great, the bed is huge and comfortable, coffee machine (if the Partner needs in the morning in the bathroom a little longer). Very nice staff, cool Bar

Great room even bigger bed you'll sleep like the sleeping beauty in it. Breakfast was very yummy and that coffee is a good beginning of your day ☕

Great place! Combines the modern, slick decor with the cosiness and comfort. Everything is at hand, yet very well "hidden" in the room so it doesn't feel crowded. One of the hidden treasures is a yoga mat
The room is big, bed amazingly comfortable, the shower is an experience in itself.
Breakfast covers all tastes, it's fresh and delicious.
Gym area is small, but yet very efficient. Fresh air coming in, towels placed very convenient and a vending machine that should provide for even the most demanding athlet.
And to complete the journey, one of my favorite surprises: 2 iron machines placed very convenient at the entrance in the gym area.

One of the best Place to stay in Amsterdam — Awesome and Crazy Hotel — friendly and helpful Staff… only the Parking is to expensive but 'Welcome to Amsterdam'

Great place to stay overnight. We stayed here for a concert in the Johan Cruijff Arena. Parking is good organized when you come early for a concert. The room is really nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was oké. They refill stuff when it is empty. The rythems cafe/restaurant was little bit bad. The burger we had was dry and with touch vet dripping out. But the spare ribs were good.

Excellent facilities. The whole concept looks very cool and suave. I found it a little pricey, especially considering the fact that breakfast was not included in their tariff. Do try out the ribs at their restaurant "Rhythm" it's "to-die-for"!

This is hands down one of the coolest and best hotels I've stayed at. Check in was a breeze, staff is very friendly, the design of the rooms and the lobby is something you have to see. Music player in the room, seating couches with a view outside, comfortable beds, touch sensitive shower controls, Nespresso coffee machine in the room and more and more. The restaurant in the lobby is properly high quality and serves some incredibly good food. A+

Nice hotel, modern, close to the railway and metro stations. Express from Schiphol airport takes only 15 minutes. Good for staying if you're going to the concert or match — Arena is right next to the hotel. Rooms are very smart designed and furnished.

Great place to stay. The hotel's modern, stylish design is not only pleasing to the eye but also very functional. Rooms are clean, beds are great, breakfast variety is good and staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend that one if you stay around here.

Hotel is immaculate,
check in staff extremely helpful, mix up with the restaurant as fully booked when we arrived, they managed to squeeze us in that’s when the issues arose, food was top quality as expected but customer service was disgraceful and let down all the hard work the other staff had done, then went for breakfast the next morning only to be told we didn’t have a reservation which we were told on check in we had.

Super hotel. Right next to the Ajax stadium. And right next to a giant concert hall. If you would like to in the City, then you can take the Metro, the 400 metres. The rooms of the hamma. Hot shower, awesome view, soundproof, with Bluetooth speaker. Nice reception. Next time we take again the same hotel.

Beautiful hotel located right next to the Ziggo dome entrance. The staff is friendly and international, rooms are new and modern. There's a nice music bar at the ground and basic gym/spa at the top. Breakfast is really good and vary, with live jazz music!

High class hotel. From rooms to staff. Well done. Also we stayed there for the Chainsmokers concert. Only 30m away from the dome arena. You can drink ad much you like :)

Great hotel, very nice staff, great facilities. Rooms were large and very nicely designed. All features were very nice. Good shower, easy heating system, comfortable beds. The room had a great view of the Ajax stadium. Would happily stay again.

Stayed here at end of December, our second stay. This has to be the best hotel we have stayed at in Amsterdam. It is beside the Amsterdam Arena, approx 15 minutes by Metro and 10 minute walk. The rooms are excellent, staff are very good and friendly and breakfast is second to none. My wife and I can recommend without hesitation.

Excellent hotel close to the airport and the city excellently served by trains and Metro and then it is 2 steps from the fantastic Ajax Arens.

Very nice and cool. Good service. The place is very new. Around is very local and business area. Not close to the canals at all.

A very nice place to stay when visiting Amsterdam. The rooms are clean and nice. The customer service is great. The food was nice. It is also close to public transport that goes directly to the centre of Amsterdam. Because of the pretty OK price this is the place to stay in Amsterdam.

Good hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. Great design of the rooms. Located just outside the centre (Amsterdam Central Station about 10 minutes by Ubahn) just off the Ziggodome and the Ajax Arena. Breakfast is fine, however, not special (For a 4 star house rather modest). Selection leaves something to be desired towards the end. Burgers in the restaurant are really very good, rarely eaten a better burger. Good price/performance.

A quiet hotel clean and well placed close to the airport by the equivalent of the RER and the centre via the equivalent of the Metro.
I'm a fan of decoration and furniture.
2 nights allowed us to fully enjoy the place and the sauna very pleasant at the end of the day by this winter period. There was hardly anyone in this hotel and no one in the sauna was pleasant we will come back without hesitation.

Jazzy — cool hut with great service and stylish industrial design. Located right next to Ajax's stadium but has excellent access to the city with ÖVM. And Amsterdam is always worth a trip both for business and pleasure. Take care by car while driving, preferring to drive according to the signs, as at least our Navi only caused confusion.

Great service Nice and regarding the hotel apart from the air a little too dry in the rooms everything is perfect breakfast royal. Sauna Hammam Gym All inclusive It's really excellent!

A great hotel. Very modern and chic. In the restaurant there is good food, where the price performance ratio is right. In the morning there is a Nespresso, from the machine in the room and the day can begin. Very nice and competent staff complete the entire package.
Not to forget the sauna on the tenth floor. Just gorgeous!

Very nice hotel, main hall and common areas are super modern and stylish, rooms are nice and comfortable, very modern and well equipped (especially to listen to music! ), bed is so comfy I’d rather forgot I was not at home!
My ‘only’ 3 stars are because there’s no room service available…
We arrived late at 23:45 and we had no chance to get something to eat from the hotel, but we had to order something from delivery. The day after, we tried to have breakfast in room but we discovered this service doesn’t exist at all!
Another reason for the poor rating goes to the arena so close to the hotel: whenever there are concerts or football matches, I really don’t wanna know how loud the rooms could be…

We had a wonderful experience at Jaz Amsterdam. The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. After we left we realized we had left some important items in the safe, and the staff were more than happy to retrieve them and mail them back to the US for us. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Practically for those who want to go to a concert at the Ziggo dome is really adjacent: in this mode you slide the row, and down a second before to come in for the evening. Based on the music, very clean and modern. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the cost of breakfast, which, although very abundant and buffet style, is really excessive.

Superior Double room on the ninth floor. Very very good, quality details, gym sauna and Turkish bath of category.

Trendy hotel with small yet comfortable and modern rooms. Restaurant is small yet offers great selection of burgers and fries. Really delicious burgers. Full bar with good selection if beers.

I stayed in this hotel for ten days and I have never enjoyed any business trip like this. My room was cleaned every day, all the staff were friendly and permanently smiling, breakfast great (more vegetables would be appreciated), delicious beer, perfect live music in the restaurant. I totally loved all the details — shower with on/off button, aircondition, personal greeting when TV turned on, coffee maker in the room, fresh bottle of water in the fridge every day, perfect shampoo and shower gel, sofa with nice view from window, wonderful bed, yoga mat in the room, yoga program on TV. All the details (and many others) and unforgettable hotel atmosphere made the hotel to be number 1 for me.

I cannot floor or complain about this place at all. We enjoyed a prefect, hassle free, no issue, stay. Huge ambient lit bath, beautiful shower and toilet facilities, great view of endless flat country. Good shops near by, train station right there, Traci rank, stadium, movies all within a short walk. Would stay again oh! And great breakfast!

Very nice hotel in Bijlmer Arena area. Nice, clean and big rooms with amazing bathrooms. Breakfast is also good. It might get noisy if there's a concert in the plaza near the hotel.

Near the Ajax Stadium in Amsterdam — new hotel!, superior quality — very large bathroom room super plus coffee machine, virtually no contact with the staff when booked on the internet!

The nicest hotel around Bijmler Arena. Good pub. Rooms are big, clean, modern and cozy. Whenever I visit Amsterdam I am staying there. Breakfast is a standard however they offer a cook who can make you a wonderful omelette. One thing I would improve is the crispy bacon for breakfast.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the Metro (line 54, fifteen minutes to the heart of Amsterdam), polite and caring staff, spacious and well-equipped room, huge bed and very comfortable. Absolute cleanliness, nothing to plead a perfect solution.

I got room 902 on top floor with windows on 2 walls and very nice interior design. I really like the style of this hotel, high attention to medern details like the yoga mattress and the speakers to connect music. Breakfast is tasty and cleanliness is very high.

It's a hip design hotel, quite new, close to both metro and train station. Easy access to the airport, just 2 stops by train, and to the city center, 20 minutes by 54 metro. The area is quite deserted after 8 o'clock but I felt safe walking back from the metro. It has a nice restaurant downstairs, Rythams, that has constantly a DJ or a live band playing. The breakfast selection is diverse enough, although they don't vary at all from one day to the other. A nice touch is the breakfast being available until 12.00 during weekends. They even had a live band playing jazz during breakfast on Sunday morning.

I've stayed in some nice hotels before but this is by far my favourite! It's modern, quirky, clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The beds we're comfy and massive. The rooms are soundproofed (or at least seem to be) I had music on pretty loud and my friends next door couldn't hear it in their rooms or in the corridor! This hotel is so different I'd highly recommend it!

Very trendy hotel. Close proximity to the Ajax stadium, arena and train station. From our room, we could see Ajax training on their training ground! Underground parking (2.1m height). Really nice breakfast. Rooms very comfy with local and UK TV channels. Really nice hotel.

The hotel very much. Very cozy. The room has tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel location is far from center. The metro takes approximately 45 minutes.

Nice place, good service, clean rooms. Diverse breakfast. Very nice showers in the room. Recommend the view to the football courts.

Hotel with a personality. The rooms are nicely furnished, with a nice bathroom. It's been correctly soundproofed because you don't hear the outside which is a real plus as it's close the railway. The breakfast is really good as well. I appreciated to have the yoga mat available and the lesson on the TV, I felt really welcomed.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful and polite! Very modern rooms. No room service but has a restaurant downstairs and you can bring your food and drinks up to your room. Delicious food, and the BEST Cappuccino I have ever had! Great place to stay!

Very modern and really nice hotel. Not only was this place one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at but it was also reasonably priced.

Been there for one night with my wife. The rooms are incredibly modern and its architecture is exquisite. We had a breakfast-included reservation. The breakfast was great, above all, generous and comes with a delicious variety. The room price was really affordable for such service quality.

A truly wonderful hotel! The décor was modern, the room was clean, the staff were lovely, and the bed was insanely comfortable. I can also recommend the hotel's restaurant for a surprisingly tasty evening meal. Would gladly stay again!

Very good hotel. From Centraal Station in about 20 minutes to reach, from the stop Strandvliet, the hotel is already visible, right next to the arena.
The décor is very modern and stylish. The bed huge and very comfortable, even if there is only one large duvet, that has not bothered us. Room is completely darkened and the climate regulates the temperature. Highlight is the big rain shower!
Breakfast buffet in order, descriptions of the cold cuts nothing always clear, scrambled eggs! (rather egg) Juice Tasty and fresh.

Rocky ensuite rooms with a lot of comfort and great service. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and the sports facilities are available free of charge. Through the train station Bijlmer Arena, the hotel is easy to reach and the view of Amsterdam from the tenth floor is breathtaking.

It's a expectacular hotel, everything I say is little, super comfortable beds, large bright rooms with good views, the bathroom is a luxury, breakfast buenisimo, in reception are very friendly, the bar is a fabulous place or to be able to eat something or drink a beer or a cocktail at night with live music is a hotel of 10.

Spectacular, it is the best hotel with grown I have visited fantastic rooms, super comfortable beds, cinema bath detail to thank the dispose of Nespresso coffee machine with varied capsules of the and coffee and free water in the fridge. Breakfast more than complete, with pastries and fresh bread, varied natural juices etc, it may be a hotel a little more expensive than others but worth it.

Nice, new, modern designed hotel. The room was large and functional. Also the breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. With the metro line M54 you are in the centre in 15 minutes.

Jaz is a nice hotel, it's located next to the ziggo dome so you just need to walk a few meters to get to your event, the food wich was in the restaurant downstairs or the breakfast wich is at the 2nd floor where excellent and I also really liked the rooms. The only thing I might have done differently is putting a lock on the bathroomdoor.

Super comfy bed, breakfast with live music on Sunday, overall really cool place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. We'll definitely stay here again!

Super young, cool hotel. It's brand new, so really inexpensive while they build their client base. I would really recommend this hotel. Great experience.

Nice and cozy hotel. Parking is expensive if you need you car during the day. Breakfast choices are limited and service is hectic.
