Review of Hotel Ziya 5*

Amazing, You are one of the family! Have no concerns, feel at ease when you book here. I am lying in a great bed, in Ziya hotel now writing this review. This our story. We have been here 4 days total now. We were booked in another Hotel several days ago. It was dirty, smelled bad and troughing back the bed sheets, bugs went scampering everywhere for cover. Podgorica was originally a one night stay, as we traveled on. A knee injury left my wife unable to walk, I immediately knew what to do: get back to Ziya. It took all day to get back, I was correct the staff came to our help the moment I stepped out of the car. The medical care here is, non existent, If you need a Hospital, that you would recognize as a Hospital, you must go to Dubrovnik, Croatia. We are held up here, in absolut comfort and luxury. The staff is smart and quickly pick up on wants, needs and habits. I had commented on the road and trees behind the hotel the first time we stayed here. Upon our return, the next morning when I came down, the desk clerk said, "I have my man washing the street, watering the trees and grass for your walk. " Their the man was, with a fire hose, washing and watering, for 2 blocks around the hotel. We have had the best care here better than any Hospital in the world. If you think I am kidding about medical help, the reason we are held up in Ziya is waiting for crutches and a soft cast being Fedex from America. Ziya has take better care of us than our own country. I went to the U. S. Embassy seeking a person who knows what crutches are, I was told it was my fault and sent away without help. I joke, If you put a ramp in for a wheelchair here, you will have a car roundabout in your living room. I can not say enough positive things about Ziya and its staff. If you want the best, stay here.
