The rooms are pretty big and it's really clean. The owner is really nice and helps us with everything. Location is near construction but it's not that near (there isn't any sound from it) and also near everywhere like kotor/budva etc. You can easily go to the airport and there isn't any plane sound coming from it (like we stayed 3 days and I only heard 2 times). There is also a car parking area inside and it's pretty secure and big.
Honestly, this place was awesome! It was well stocked with everything we needed to settle right down. The bed was comfortable and working remotely both my wife and I were able to hold Zoom calls on the internet. Internet speed was about 40mb/s from the speed test I ran. Good for the area. Yes, there is construction going on but it's about 100m away and not noticeable if your windows are shut. You'll be exploring the area and home when they're off work anyway.
