I liked very much, I give only 4 stars because I am very demanding, also as I go for business, I stay in the afternoon at the hotel to rest and relax, watching television mainly, but there, barely and have a few channels, everything else excellent, outstanding The treatment, very attentive and friendly all.

Very good room and the space is fabulous arrive at night and the service very effective congratulations.

Excellent service and complete facilities for an affordable price, is a hotel near the center and the Malecon.

Very clean place with new facilities, excellent service and friendly treatment besides being very close to the busiest places of Chetumal.

I liked the attention they gave us.

Clean but no hot water. Took more than an hour to fix it and was not offered any compensation.

Todo es perfecto, desde las habitaciones hasta el servicio. Son muy cómodos los cuartos, están los muebles muy bien ubicados para crear un balance. Se tiene bastante espacio, se cuenta con un mini refrigerador lo cuál ayudó bastante. Todo es perfecto.

This is a hotel which has very friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are very comfortable and kept very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The hotel staff are very courteous, kind and helpful. Every request we had was met. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The online description is very accurate. Only one suggestion. Upon check in, we were not informed about the offsight restaurant until our last day. Which is right around the corner from the hotel, where we enjoyed our last meal. If we had known about it we would have patronized it much sooner. Perhaps a list of amenities could be provided to guests upon arrival.

Super hotel, well located, with luxury and premium priced excellent services. Only one negative point, does not have a pool.
