We had an amazing anniversary vacation thanks to the wonderful staff at Mezzanine! Everything was perfect and they treat us with such tender love and care throughout our stay!

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. And the restaurant is almost as good as the sunrise! We stayed in one of the upstairs balcony rooms and were blown away by the attention to detail at our stay. This hotel and their staff are above and beyond from check-in to check out — truly amazing! Great location with short walk to Tulum Ruins and very safe inside the national park. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Thai restaurant right on the beach in a luxury setting. Very well prepared food and creative dishes. Well attended and clean. Very pricey but hey Mexico is no longer a cheap place to vacation. Beach in front is rocky but to the side has nice sand.

It really is delicious! It is not cheap but it is worth every peso for attention, for the atmosphere, for the facilities, for the food and for the beautiful sea view!

Definitely one of our favorite places to chill, take in the beauty of the Caribbean, enjoy some cocktails and grab a bite to eat. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. We recently stopped here for my daughter’s birthday celebration evening kick-off. It was the perfect start to our evening of celebration.

Mezzanine restaurant… a must if ur staying in the Tulum resort area. Fantastic thai food with the compliment of great service… What I love the most was the experience and quality of the bartender, Marco. He taught the history of the spirit of Mexico with superior cocktails. Fastastico!

We only eat at the restaurant, the coktails were really good and the food delicious. The staff was really nice. The view and location of the restaurant amazing. I recommend this place.

This hotel has the best view of all the hotels in Tulum. It is perched high on a bluff overlooking the beach very near the ruins. It's also a great place to hang out with friends in their restaurant overlooking the beach.

Seriously delicious Thai cuisine, beautiful setting, and ethereal atmosphere. My husband and I ate here three times on our week long vacation! I didn't take any pictures of the food because I inhaled it so quickly. Highly recommend the Pad Thai, Khao Phad, and Panang Curry. The drinks and dessert were also incredibly delicious.

Breakfast at the beach was amazing. The restaurant and views are both amazing! Well worth a visit.

Review for Thai restaurant at the hotel: we were very pleasanly surprised to find this place that had great Thai food, good drinks and pretty views with a shade. We really enjoyed the yellow curry.

Cocktails are very tasty and diverse. Money bags were great, dumplings were good. Pad thai and red fish curry were both delicious. The spice of the food may hit a bit later.

Very nice view… high prices.

First of all: the location is really nice and the food looks good. However, the taste of the food (we had two different currys) was behind the expectation I had regarding the ratings here. I cannot recommend the Thai curry as it has little to do with an original Thai green curry. All in all, regarding the high prices I have expected a little more.

Fantastic hotel with great views of the ocean, attentive staff always making sure that we were satisfied. Can really recommend their fantastic Thai dishes and excellent drinks — especially during happy hour! :-) Will definetly come back to this place when we visit Tulum again.

The site is nice but I would expect better attention from a place where the coffee costs 5 euros (100 MXN). Ask for a glass of water to accompany an expresso and that only offer bottled does not seem to me according to a site that holds the level of their prices.

Highly recommend for you to pay a visit to the Mezzanine, nice views and drinks! They also allowed me to change into my bathing suit in the bathroom since I was a paying guest, so I did not have to walk far. Thank you for excellent drinks and food!

It has all excellent sea view and the menu difficult to choose everything looks delicious, I could only try some breakfast dishes, and the attention of the staff excellent, thanks.

The salad was one of the best we’ve ever seen. The Thai food was as good as any place we’ve been. Cocktails and view made the 5th star happen.

Really nice resort. If you are staying in town, you can drive her and use there parking and walk through the resort to the beach, they seem quite chilled as long as you grab a drink at the bar on your way in or out. The happy hour Margaritas are great value and the guacamole is delicious too.

Went here for my honeymoon and It exceeded my expectations. Great food! The best service! And amazing views right on the beach!

Review related to the restaurant: First off location is perfect! Amazing I mean amazing views. Lots of nice outdoor space. Second, service is incredible. Alejandro became a daily face and friend to us. He is a true example of amazing service. He was friendly and down to earth and made sure we had a good time and endured our drinks stayed full and shots were served to our party of friends. He was incredible all around! Third, food was delicious I mean incredible flavors. We went daily for lunch and happy hour. The French toast were some of the best I've ever had with fresh fruit. Happy hour dishes were also very delicious. Plus as of June 2017 they have a awesome happy hour on drinks. Buy one get one deal. Some of the tastiest margaritas you will have. When I visit next year I will be staying on property as I loved the restaurant so much! Can't wait to be back! Thank you to the entire staff, including Alejandro! Cheers from Texas buddy.

Com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… The service was amazing, everyone was attentive. The restaurant is definitely great, but make sure to explore other places as well. The plunge pool is a great way to rinse off after the ocean. We'll definitely be going back.

Nice view. But staff is incompetent. We were treated like we did not matter because we were not regular guests. I suggest going somewhere on beach road with more friendliness.

Very nice view and drinks, prices are on the high side, hence only 4 Stars.

Mezzanine was amazing. For the price, we had access to a nice beach, great food, and the concierge provided everything we needed. No need to rent snorkeling equipment because they were able to provide. They also helped us rent bikes, cars, and exchange cash. Also, I probably tried the margaritas at 10 different bars, but the ones here were by far the best. Has to be something with how they did the ice (which was double filtered for the parasites). The 1-4pm 2x1 margs were also a nice touch.

An experience that could not be beat. The hotel is beautiful. The room was perfect. The location is near ideal. The food was consistently delicious. And the staff were a true pleasure. An outstanding establishment.

The location on the beach, food and staff were all wonderful. Cozy but hip; quiet but with good energy. Of all the places we checked out while we were in Tulum, this one has the best of everything.

Came here a few times for early evening drinks and appetizers. Food was good and served promptly. Specialty cocktails were great. Vibe and location was pretty unbeatable. Cheeseburger wasn't the best, but we were in Mexico, on the beach, and slightly drunk from the drinks and sun. Can't get much better than that!
