I stayed in the room Tatik: simply amazing! It worth every single Peso.

We stayed in a 2 bed cabana with shared bathroom for 6 nights and it is wonderful. The restaurant and bar is great including the service and the food — breakfast is included and there are plenty of options to choose from. Please don’t stay here if you are high maintenance! Stick with your all inclusive. This place is for people wanting an authentic experience. No a/c as you have the ocean breeze and a fan above the bed, the showers are rustic with unreliable hot water which I don’t need with the outside temp being hot! The sargassum is an issue from Cancun all the way to Belize but they work tirelessly hauling it away by the wheelbarrows. Such a wonderful place — we will return.

One of the best experience we have had in a long time! The staff was incredible, Jimmy out did himself by decorating our suite for my wife’s Birthday! She loved it. Luis the bartender made one of the best Mojitos, he treated us with great respect and keep us entertained the time we were there! The whole staff was all beautiful, kind hearted people! The room was superb, clean and well keep everyday! It was a home away from home! Will we come back, definitely! There’s no doubt and no question about it! Thank you all that made this trip memorable for my wife and I.!

The most incredible place in the world. Stayed in the Presidential suite and it was so quirky cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful little resort with vibes. Private beach, clean room (stylish hut) and tasty food! Staff is kind and helpful. Easy to park your car by the entrance for free. Great place to relax. Lot of hammocks and hides with a shade surrounded by palmtrees. Me and my girlfriend love this place and we're definitely coming back!

Beautiful spot on beach road, however, the lack of A/C and hot water was too much to overcome. Most of the staff was very friendly but difficult to communicate with leading up to your trip. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that it may take ten minutes for the shower to get hot so just be patient. The first day this was true but after that we had no hot water for showers. Service was also inconsistent at the bar and restaurant.

Beautiful little resort if you are looking to get away from it all. The huts are beautiful and clean, most with views of the ocean. The whole resort is rustic, so if that's not your thing, it might not be the place for you. They serve a wonderful breakfast with ocean views. The resort has a small private sandy beach, but is not far from the larger public beach. A perfect place to spend the day lounging on the beach sipping cocktails.

Best hotel i've been in my life. Fair prices, amazing staff, delicious food, small intimate rocky beach and amazing and comfy places to lay in front of all the blueness caribbean sea. I strongly recommend ;)

Amazing view of the shore from the restaurant. Food is well served and delicious. Prices are right. Service is attentive and efficient. I could spend one whole day in here feeling the breeze and watching the waves! :D.

Waited more than 1 hour for two pizzas in an empty restaurant. Finally when the food was ready, I got served only one pizza by a rather rude waiter who then added tips to the bill. Oh… and the pizza was still just a lump of dough. Got no explanation and no excuses. Was only told that I really had not sat there for an hour. Needles to say I refused to leave a tip.

Highly recommend staying a night here. Very clean place with amazing views and the huts are great to sleep in. They also provide free breakfast. It can get kind of loud if you have a room by the road.

To my shame, I must confess that when booking, I did not make sure we had picked out a "bungalow with shared bathroom. " However, in this price range, I would never have expected such rooms to be offered at all. The bungalow (about 13 sqm) and the bed are extremely small. Unfortunately, this was not visible in the room description or in the pictures. The manager informed us, during her all-morning welcome round, that we would have booked the smallest room category and offered to provide us with a larger room directly should one become free. Unfortunately, however, this was not the case. However, I highly appreciate your attempt and service.
Since there is actually no reason to stay in the room, except at night to sleep, we have experienced the best time of our Mexico holiday here. The community shower was always free when we wanted to use it and therefore no problem. A little more opaque, though, they might be. The communal toilets are always clean as they are cleaned 24 hours a day. However, this also means that almost without that someone stands at the toilets and you never really have your rest.
The staff is incredibly friendly and always strives to fulfill all your wishes. Only the Margarita I would advise against. The bartender seems eerily in love;). In general, the cocktails take some getting used to.

The food is a little on the pricey side for what it is and taste average.

Good restaurant on the rocks between the two major beaches of Tulum. Cheap compared to the south side but a little pricey compared to the north. I recommend coming for breakfast as the view over the water is breath taking. Good for those that prefer a rocky area to a Sandy beach.

I highly recommend it if you decide to stay in Tulum and if you want to be close to nature. (Like not TV and hot tub) * 20 minutes walk from the ruins (you can walk by the beach or trail) * The best restaurant from town is just across the street from the hotel * You have a beautiful view to the ocean from the restaurant (eating by the beach, yes please! * Live music for dinner. Very good food and drinks! * Every single person who works there were super nice to us * Comfortable beds with a fan on the top I just love it!

The food and dessert was phenomenal. We had such a nice view of the beach too which created a relaxing atmosphere. Truly a lovely place.

Paradise — we had a large group of 10 adults and 7 kids and each one of us was made to feel special right from the welcome cocktail! The bungalows are amazingly comfortable — the shared bathrooms are immaculate thanks to the 2 guys that man it 24 hours. The wait staff are so accommodating and the food incredible. Thankyou for for a fab vacation.

We had an amazing time here! This hotel has no AC, no TV, very dim lighting and was the perfect get away from the world! If you want to get away from busy everyday life and technology than you need to stay here! Service was amazing. Carlos was our server most of the time there and he was phenomenal. The bar tender Sylvia was there every day we were there (8 days) and works hard to make the best dinks and the best service! The workers clean all day to keep the whole area spotless and they even rake the private beach to keep it beautiful. I cannot say enough about this place! We will def be back.

Only stopping to eat and take something. Very good. The excellent beaches! The cabins were more rustic style away from the luxury.

Too expensive for what it is: no private bathroom, no private toilet, minimalist breakfast and no right to bring food inside.

Beautiful location with great ambience and cool spots to relaxe and have privacy. The hotel is decorated with allot of attention to the detail! A lot of staff works and cleans there the whole day. Because of the season there is a lot auf seaweed, but they try to clean it all the time. We had a garden view bungalow with bathroom (room 20) — > this is the only minus: garden was no garden, was more backyard feeling on the street and the ambience wasn't too nice in this back corner of the hotel. I would recommend to stay in a bungalow in ocean view (main hotel area), but most of them have shared bathrooms. You have to be aware there is no air conditioning. All in all it was still great.

Good place to rest and enjoy the view of the sea. Good food and drinks. Reasonable prices. Small access to the beach.

Amazing! Expect to pay some good money but this place is well worth it. We stayed in the Tatich room which was heaven on earth. There is no A/C but fans on top of the bed. We met the most wonderful bar tender. His name is VALENTE and he not only makes the best drinks but is also super gracious and helpful. We just left a few hours ago and already miss it.

Our stay at diamante k was great. The place is beautifully done. The food was ok though. There was live music on the night we stayed there and it was amazing sitting by the ocean and listening to fantastic music. Room was good, it had a Mayan feel to it.
