Fantastic! 😍 a beautiful place in Tulum and the exquisite food the pastas only here made instantly!

Magnificent amore bellisimo.

Highly recommend this little boutique hotel in Tulum Jungle. The staff and owner are excellent and friendly. They have a sister hotel down on the beach (5 minutes) that we spent every day relaxing on the beach.

Alma Tulum hotel was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was amazing the staff amazing. The food and service around Tulum was excellent. Five stars for sure. Thank you for the great service yessica and Bryan.

Hands down to this gorgeous boutique hotel. We really had a good time;we love watching the sunrise from our own room and laying down in one of their cabanas. Massage in the beach is amazing too. Staffs are excellent especially Franco and Jessica!

Alma Tulum is one of the best Beach Hotels maintains its Mood Tuluminati, an excellent concise amazing service and you can spend an excellent afternoon very relaxed or enjoying the music.

Wonderful beach club. We spent many days with friends enjoying lounging in the chairs in the shade of the palapas, drinking margaritas and piñadas. Super friendly staff. And the sky and water … amazing!

Everything is very nice and cozy. The cleaning is spectacular.

Restaurant is worst in tulum. Food is terrible. Ceviche taste fishy. I live in tulum and own several companies. My dog wouldn’t eat the food and don’t get me started on the service.
The beer and Chelada mix is stupid 55 pesos for a beer and 40 for a shot lime. Desperate attempt. Don’t come to be robbed here!

Our hands-down favorite hotel in Tulum! The most AMAZING staff around. Even when we haven’t been able to stay at Alma — we go there daily for cocktails, incredible nibbles and to spend time with our “Alma Tulum” family! ❤️

Home away from home.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! The food, drinks, service was impeccable. Our room was beautiful and we walked out to the ocean every morning. The hotel is slightly south from the busy part of town which was perfect because the beach was quiet. I hope to come back every year for our anniversary.

Really nice to just sit on the beach terrace, eat fabulous food and watch the world go by in a truly relaxing environment. Lovely friendly staff.

I spent an amazing five days at this small boutique hotel in Tulum! I loved the exceptional service provided by the staff and owner. Not to mention the amazing fresh margarita my partner and I received while checking in! The location is beautiful, right in front of the white sand beach. I highly recommend Alma Tulum.

Great place, paradise on earth, the attention is great, the place is well taken care of, please if you don'T pollute it. Worth knowing.

Excellent service of the restaurant. Recommended to visit the restaurant. The view makes you love the place and the food is definitely delicious. No matter where you stay you have to try eating at one of their tables and the best you don't need reservation.

Alma Tulum is a beautiful and quaint resort along the coast of the town. Not only is the actual resort and property amazing but the staff was so kind and helpful. They were extremely inviting and were there to help our family out with whenever necessary. Carlos who works in the restaurant made us feel special and well cared for. All in all, the stay here was wonderful and definitely a place where anyone could enjoy themselves.

Lovely hotel and beach location near the end of the strip development so a bit quieter than some parts. Only visiting other guests here, but the hotel seemed very pleasant and staff attentive. Personally glad to not be paying the prices they charge for staying, but it seems to be about the going rate for the strip. Just hope some of the money is going to mexican owners or the UNESCO site nearby rather than American or otherwise pockets!

The staff is super inviting and helpful. The passion fruit margarita is great A, also super dangerous because you can't tell there is tequila in it. If you have an appetite they have a large meat / fish platter than will fill satisfy you. Overall great view with amazing service!

I visited on Thursday, while my sister was visiting from the US and then again on Saturday. All the clients, guests, and or family love when I turn them on to this little slice of Paradise! I really enjoy the atmosphere, the wonderful staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, the amenities and the food. The beach is breathtaking, the loungers are comfortable and the pouf chairs are ideal for sunbathing and lounging. The Marlin tostados are so tasty, along with the octopus with potatoes. We have tried a number of dishes, the ink pasta as well as different cuts of meat. Leo or Leonardo is a fantastic yet humble chef! I would make a couple of suggestions: I wished that Alma Tulum carried "Artisanal" beer or craft beer. There is so many great brands in the area. I also hope that they carry "Cappuccino, " in the future. It won't keep me away from ordering the delicious crepes or the brownie with ice cream but it would surely compliment the dessert! Kind staff, great beach, solid amenities. The staff, especially the bar and wait staff, were superb. Great sources of info. This is a nice mid tier place to stay on the beach. A goodly number of small restaurants within walking distance. Low key with not a ton of services. Great for beach combing. Nice views throughout. See pic from restaurant area. Rooms needed attention to maintenance. Our large glass door came off track. Using AC had magical affects due to very poor sealing around walls and doors.

The best hotel that I have come. Congratulations super hotel full of life. The staff is very friendly, delicious food, very comfortable beds and the price very fair for what they offer. I recommend him and more by the view of the sunrise that is like a postcard photo.

We stayed at Alma last June and we are still talking about it! The best overall beach experience yet! TRUE beachfront beauty with the best restaurant and staff. As a seeker of the perfect, not-too-developed beach experience, this is total and absolute perfection in every way!

Really extraordinary place to stay in Tulum:) It's brand new and because of that there were no opinions at all about it anywhere when we wanted to book it — we took a risk and I couldn't be more happy about it. The place is absolutely beautiful (one of the best parts of the beach) and very well taken care of by the owner, who is always there to help or recommend some local activities worth visiting and very nice, and helpful stuff.
Rooms are great too and the bathtub on the balcony a pure genius.
We don't speak Spanish so we were glad that everyone in the hotel could speak good English.
Recommend it and hope to come back some day:)
