The hotel is clean. It has a private beach with white sand. Most importantly, the staff are all very friendly and helpful! Our flight got in early but we were able to get early check-in with the help out the hotel staff. We booked an awesome massage at the spa. The courier gave us a lot of tips and suggestions where to go. AMAZING staff!

Clean spacious rooms and friendly, attentive staff! Great food and drink throughout the facility! Short walk to anything at the hotel including the beach. Palapas with lounge chairs or you can rent cabanas. There are also plenty of lounge chairs without palapas that many like as those near the beach get the sun first thing in the morning. Nice pools with one for adults only. However, we only went to the beach. Bathroom facilities in other areas of hotel very clean. This is our third year staying here and plan to come again next year!

It is small, which makes it very comfortable and with an atmosphere of exclusivity. The beach spotless, everything very aesthetic, the food delicious, all the staff very friendly. I highly recommend the first floor suites which are the largest. It is also pet friendly and super pampers!

Unprofessional and nasty attitude of the staff at the Lobby and Restaurant Caribeño. Reluctance to find a solution, very poor communication skills. I would NOT recommend to anyone the hotel just because of the way you make your guests feel and being disrespectful.

This is a fabulous hotel on a great beach. It’s a good base to see the area. Three great restaurants and sines bars.

Excellent service in all areas especially in the beach bar and congratulations to Ana del Kids Club because she is fantastic and very patient with children, entertains them a lot and is a very nice person!

My favorite hotel in the Yucatán. I’ve been going here for various years and it never disappoints. It has the best beach in all of Cancún ; that’s not an exaggeration. Back in 2007, it was voted as having one of the worlds best beaches. Staff are attentive and the resorts amenities are top notch. Morning breakfast under the big palapa draped cafe overlooking the picture perfect beach is the best way to start the morning.

Highly recommend, service is EXCEPTIONAL. Every single person who works here, ready to take care of you. Friendly, professional, personable. That truly made this experience top notch. They have an amazing beach, the pools and outdoor areas are beautiful. I did not try all the amenities but the next time I am in Cancun, no question we will stay here. Highly recommend, would give it ten stars if I could.

It is beautiful! From the time we walked in we were impressed with the ambiance and the pool and beach views. The only complaint I have is that the room had a slightly mildew odor to it.

Well the truth is not recommended for a number of questions regarding the dealings with people they monitor you and make you feel like you are a criminal instead of a guest and regarding the salo is that rent in particular I did not like the treatment we had watched restricted s and besides the invited people had to wait in the loby and be uploaded one by a record because the room was hired for 15 people and they are the ones who would be and we were the ones of the staf we were 10 and because we also counted as guests and we were not allowed to work well as it is due to and we still had to pay for the key to the Internet pinched three pesos service.

Great hotel! Amazing top notch staff, wonderful accomodations, responded to all inquiries, clean and quiet. Food was amazing. The staff from the concierge to the outside bar, to the restaurants inside were fantastic! Lots of space to roam and beautiful beach! Loved it!

I must share the absolute enjoyment we had at this hotel. Miguel at the restaurant is amazing and fun. The beach bar knows me as Mr. Mike. The people here care and it shows. The beach clean and not crowded. Beach service is good. Our beach view suite has a great view of the ocean and pool. We really love this place and will be back!

The hotel literally looked exactly like the pictures! The beach was fantastic, and not filled with the horrendous seaweed issue that Cancun is facing. The service was impeccable and the food in all the restaurants were equally as impressive. A short 2 min bus or cab ride from the “city center”. This will now be my hotel of choice whenever I go to Cancun.

Stayed here for five nights and absolutely loved it! The rooms were phenomenal, they were pretty large with a great view from the 8th floor of the lagoon and city across the street. There’s a beach on the backside of the hotel with some of the whitest and soft sand I’ve ever felt. The food at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. The fish tacos were tempura fried! The staff was great and attentive and took care of anything we asked. My only complaint is the car rental counter inside the hotels lobby has terrible hours and there’s not a lot of communication between the hotel and rental counter. We had an issue being told two different things between the hotel and the car rental desk on how to return the car after hours. As far as I know I may still have a car rented in Mexico. Other then that, I would highly recommend staying here and will for sure return in the future if my travels bring me back to Cancun!

Love this place. My family has been here 5 times over the last 8 years and we keep coming back. From the incredible beach (perfect for kids) to the staff and food… this is my favorite beach resort in the world.

Excellent hotel in Cancun If your plan is more familiar and quiet is quite recommended, the rooms excellent as should be the quality of the food also very well but certainly what most highlights is the attention so kind of the staff especially Selene in E L Lounge Bar.

The beach of Presidente hotel is the best by far in the whole hotel zone in Cancun. The sand is perfect, the lounge bed are surronded by palm trees and the ocean water is like a pool. We spend just a few hours eating and having cocktails on the beach this time and we really enjoy it. The rooms are ok, nothing amazing but fine. The service is in charge of mexican people, so always is very authentic and friendly.

All excellent, clean room, clean bathroom, only stayed one night, breakfast with quality food, very good treatment of the staff, Nice beach, the Pool A little small for my taste but well, also has hydromassage on the sides of the pool and a pool more Private where you can rent a cuartitos with bed, TV, coffee table, safe and minibar, has convention rooms of good size.

Top quality Hotel, spacious rooms, the pool area is quiet, the exit and sea view full of comfortable pastries, neat, safe, with Wi-Fi.

Good place to enjoy the beach. The front looks a little abandoned and on the floor where we were had a few details on the walls.

Great hotel. Great facilities and the attention is excellent, not a single complaint, they really do their best because the stay is enjoyable. Its location has a very quiet beach without screaming of children, nor Americans exceeded. The breakfast buffet is delicious, everything is absolutely impeccable. Recommended, definitely my option for the next trip to Cancun.

Loved this hotel. The beach location is one of the best in Cancun. Food in all of the restaurants is excellent, and we thought the prices were very fair. We specially liked dining at the Urban one. Service is great, staff always happy to help. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Excellent hotel, one of the first of its kind in the hotel zone. It is not an all inclusive hotel but a hotel with a much more concept for executives. The service is superb and the food from their consumption centers, outstanding. I would be happy to stay in such a nice hotel again.

Superb hotel, fantastic restaurant, friendly, efficient, professional staff. Idyllically situated in paradise. You can take a half hour boat ride to the spectacularly beautiful Holbox island. It’s sheer beauty leaves you feeling immensely privileged to have seen and indeed regretful to leave it. The magnificent Mayan ruins is also a well worthwhile visit. A truly magnificent visit or holiday in a fantastic little paradise. Highly recommend.

Super place with elegant and simply appointed rooms for a relaxing stay in Cancun. Just far enough away from the hubbub of the core of the hotel zone to be laid back.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are a little more basic than expected with minimal decor/design. Walk-in showers don’t have doors to close on them so water gets all over floor and toilet. Breakfast buffets were good but I recommend purchasing food package during booking because upstairs breakfast was expensive. Beautiful views from rooms — lagoon or beach. Pool area and beach was amazing! Landscape and upkeep are superb! All staff members were very pleasant and attentive — some of them overly, working for a tip on any basic thing (really annoying). Water activities available. Outdoor fire pit and cabanas. Margherita pizza was disgusting, shrimp tacos were delish, drinks were watered down. Best fresh fruit! Alfredo, serving the pool area was hilarious and had great service. Overall, enjoyed this place and would come back.

Excellent hotel but very expensive and the downside is that you charge without your autoeizacion or notification gratuities to boot and maids.

It is a luxury hotel with the best beach in the hotel zone as it is very cared for and the water is no swell and warm as I was in late December and it was nice, it is modern even and when it is of the first hotels that were built in the area.

Presidente is simply amazing. The minute you enter, you receive first class service. Humberto, the concierge gave us a special check in. My husband and I were speechless when we entered the room. The room was huge, clean, organized, and beautiful. They provided needed amenities and more.
The food and drinks were very tasty and the property was spacious and well kept. Our room was steps from the beach and different pools. There is an adult only pool yaaay.
To sum up, location, service, food, and cleanliness were on point!
Side note: our housekeeper cleaned the floor with a mop and great smelling liquid lol… just writing as I remember (a little disorganized). This resort is for family and/ or couples.

The beach access is amazing and all the facilities are gorgeous. The only drawback is that the staff is a little slow with food and drinks, but otherwise you won't be disappointed.

Great beach, IMHO the best in the area excluding islands across. Expensive but with very good service. Pleasant atmosphere and very nice stuff. Folks serving the food and the drinks at the beach are the best. 4 restaurants and great beach/pool bar with swings instead of bar stools. Very cool but be careful if you are of those who like to get a few shots, do not use the swings in this case ;) Very clean and well maintained hotel. Boat rental folks at the beach are very good. We rented a boat with 2 crew members for an afternoon and evening, seadoo watercrafts were in great shape and lots of fun. They can also take you to some amazing snorkeling spots. We swam among so many marine life species, saw sea turtles. Barracudas were everywhere. They have swimming with the dolphins in the offer and other amazing adventurous activities to offer. Just ask and they'll take you to some very good restaurants. They are kind and going above and beyond and waited for us to have a dinner, beyond the 4h that the trip was designed to be. They know the area very well and speak very good english. Pyramids were really something. I think the name of the agency is: Explore lifetime experience Boat rentals and tours. Paul with the sailing boat is a bit annoying and on the grumpy side. On the other hand, sailboat ride in the evening with the sunset and champagne is a great experience.

This place has nice rooms and also very beautiful views of the Caribbean Ocean. It is one of the nicest beaches along Cancun Playa this and is incredibly soft and white. Food is good in the hotel and they have a long happy hour between 6 and 9 at the main bar.

Very nice place to eat in the room. Impeccable service and the two pools open all night, including whirlpools, are exceptional.

It's great for the beach composed of sand surrounded by stunning gardens is well maintained excellent cuisine and international that the local one.

Great room. Service was good. Everything is very expensive. You get nickled and dimed to death. Got in trouble for bringing own beer to the beach. Dinner was 100 dollars for mediocre food. Calamari was dry and rubbery. We didn't eat them and told the waiter who could care less. No discount for the crappy food. Won't be staying again due to the prices. Hard to believe what they charge for everything… This is Mexico.

Almost everything in the room was good, only that the person who answers on instant servicr mw thought it was rude and the waitresses do not respect the privacias since they open the door untouched before, which I patece something very rude and a total lack of respect for the guests.
Neither received any amenity welcome as part of the IHG program.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The atmosphere and staff were amazing! I loved everything about the hotel, very clean and well kept, the staff were really friendly and helpful, everything is close by, it's a great location. I will definitely be coming back!

Awesome experience!. Thought we were going to a 5 star hotel and ended up going to this 5 star. Stayed at Hotel Le Blanc a few days ago (amazing), but this Hotel and staff we not too far behind. Very satisfied and the price unbeatable for this kind of hotel. Of course its not Le Blanc level, as the food was decent which was the only thing I would suggest they work on, but the beach, pool, etc of course were excellent. Drinks strong and very good too.

I enjoyed the location, food and the overall experience here was very good. Very short distance to hotel zone plaza where there is shopping, night clubs, restaurants and trip packages. The staff was very good and room service was 24/7.

The Presidente is a nice hotel right on the beach in Cancun. The food was average, but the drinks were pretty weak. The beach area looked cool with all of the palm trees, but it was always crowded. The staff was pretty friendly compared to most of the people in Cancun.

Quiet, good food, in general, can thoroughly recommend it. Helpful.

Maybe not quite as nice as some of the other hotels on the strip, but not bad overall. Like most Intercontinentals in Mexico, the rooms are immaculate and designed well. Great restaurant on the beach. 8/10
