Great hotel. Excellent service. Luxurious rooms. 3 pools, awesome spa. Missing a star since the alchohol (all inclusive) is cheap and not so good, lunch restaurants could be better and some minor issues I had with the staff.

This resort is incredible! That's why it's five diamonds! As soon as you walk thru the doors they greet you with a glass of some type of milk and with cold towels so you can clean yourself. Then they direct you to the check in area, they have a concierge area to book restaurant reservations, and the other area to book other activities like spa, golf or swimming with dolphins. The bedrooms have unlimited stocking on the mini bar which is more like a huge bar because you have everything you could want to drink whiskey black label, vodka, tequila, rum, etc. You have your personal floor butler 24/7, they clean your room twice a day morning and evening, you can choose for the type or pillow you want they have a menu and also what type of oil mists you would like for your bedroom to smell. The option of food variety is delicious with all different restaurants, you will definitely find something you like.

I am blown away by the professionalism and attentiveness here at Le Blanc. We have a beautiful room with 3 windows, one over the sea, and 2 over the lagoons. Whenever we leave, we come back to a spotless room and bathroom. They really seam eager to please here! Everyone is so kind. The spa is wonderful and highly recommended, even just for the hydrotherapy.

There are not enough stars for this resort. It is breathtaking! It is serenity. It is elegant and calming. You can hear the ocean from your room and the views are spectacular! It is all inclusive. It is adults only. It has an extensive wine list. I don't like wine, and I fell in love with an Italian white while I was there. The staff is super friendly. I don't vacation anywhere else. I've been here 3 times and am looking forward to more.

We had not good experience here at first. Don't get me wrong, most of staff is excellent and knowledgeable. However it took us more than an hour to understand resorts credits, how we can use, etc. The most frustrating part was that you can use only part of your credits on something you like. For example if you'd like to have a spa massage. Then you pay16% tax (about 80USD). If you'd like to repeat massage you pay full price-300$ per massage? Well if you can afford I — its fine. First night we stayed in a room with broken air conditioner and no hot water in a room after 7PM. I am not kidding. I though it just a mixture fault. Next day hot water was available in AM but not in PM. Addendum. Room was changed next evening. The rest of our stay we enjoyed excellent service 24/7. The food was amazing. I liked the spa very much (not so much massage though). The entire resort was modern and clean.

The best there is in Cancun, the chef Carlos Hernández of the International restaurant and its menu is exquisite. The hotel is simepre and the staff are very friendly and helpful. An ideal place to relax and enjoy.

Adult-only luxury Hotel perfect for that honeymoon if you like the romantic is a place that you can not miss.

We had a great experience here. Service was excellent, and the food/drinks were great. The hydrotherapy was a unique experience and was super relaxing. We would definitely return.

The best service… Anywhere! The hotel is beautiful with multiple pools. Easy to find a quiet corner. Restaurants are very good especially the Asian. The staff is the reason you come back every year. My 4th trip in as many years.

Elegant hotel, very relaxing stay. Food was great, a cut above most all inclusive resorts. Staff are awesome, they keep the place clean and service is perfect. Beach is not crowded, feel very safe.

Hands down the most beautiful resort I have ever visited. The service was outstanding and the people were wonderful and available to help us no matter where we were. I would highly recommend La Blanc and hope to return some day!.

Beautiful building, totally luxurious and quiet, recommended only young adults do not think so convenient, as you can not hccer disorder.

A pleasant surprise in Cancun, tourists in other hotels in the area are neglected but that in this hotel is forgotten, the guest is the spoiled and always seek their satisfaction anticipating and solving any need.

Amazing stay compared to all other beach areas in Mexico! Adult only adventure and a five star service and food! Please speak to Leslie for any help as she was amazing like our Hotel fairy! Book a suite for the space and it is worth it! The French restaurant is Devine… The service and the food is French with an international twist! The Aidan restaurant is amazing with the best Sushi in town! The breakfast is outstanding and the spa is a must! I highly recommend this hotel and Make sure that you email them ahead of time in case of any food allergies! I will definitely be back soon!

Great venue for the wedding of my niece. Every detail was impeccably looked after. CHRIS from the main pool/beach area was so very helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the day as we lounged poolside. FRANCISCO and MARIO from the 5th floor were also superb! They couldn't do enough to make my stay any more enjoyable. The hotel was beyond clean … and the entire staff was so friendly and willing to assist when needed.

You will not be disappointed with this resort. The number of staff here to make your time as relaxing as possible is amazing. The most relaxing resort that I have ever been too.

Amazing service and food. We visited with a group of friends and have been very impressed by the hotel. The Asian restaurant stands out as a highlight of our trip.

It is located in one of the best areas of Cancun the beach and its lounge chairs are a great relaxing experience, the service is very good one can not fail to take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay I would give 10 stars the food was great the service was excellent and the employees were top notch. Me and my wife could not have been more impressed. So thank you so much if we'd ever come back this is where we definitely will stay.

The ideal hotel if you want to spend a romantic or relaxing holiday. The restaurants are very good the same as the drinks, they are premium.

Pampering, delicious food, wonderful service. Every reservation comes with resort credit you can use for the spa or adventures or upgraded food. (We never upgraded any meals and it was still awesome) This was the first all inclusive resort we have truly enjoyed staying at. Normally we get sick of buffets and pills closing earlier than we want and just an overall attitude of scarcity. Here was more like Abundance. Yes it's more expensive to stay here, but the value is obvious. Money saving room tip: all for a partial ocean view room. We had booked a lagoon view but even though the room was nice, we regretted not having the gorgeous Caribbean ocean outside our windows. We asked the Butler and found out we could upgrade to partial ocean view for $16/night. Come to find out, "partial ocean" isn't partial at all. I will include some pictures from our room. Stunning! Water and sky for days. We heard the waves crashing all night long. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic amenities. The spa and the service is breathtaking. Were it not for a few hiccups during check-in with luggage and getting our room ready that kept this from 5 stars. Add: to Le Blanc's credit they bent over backwards to correct the issue with check-in. Once again proving the service is, more often than not, outstanding.

It is an amazing place. The people are so friendly and extremely helpful. The food is out of this world perfect and the rooms are spacious and clean.

If you like to be pampered 24 hours a day, this is the place for you. Our is customer service, there are not enough stars for the way they treat you. Our butler had our lavender pillow fresh 2 times a day. Our aromatherapy room was refresh as many times as we ask. And I had left my wedding ring and engagement ring plus my grandmother ring in the room when we left, he rush to meet us and gave me my rigs worth $*****. That was such an amazing thing. Poolside we had a person spray water when it got to hot, place fresh cucumber and cold towels in my face. Food and drink were sever to us every second! I can't express enough how amazing customer service was. If there is the only downside was the tour they offer to visit there other hotels, they say is to go see there other facilities but it ends up to be a sales pitch to buy a membership. Wear the people doing it wore rude! Pushy! And truly makes you never one to go there. Stik to Le Blanc and you will be 1000% satisfied. We will be back very soon.

The resort is amazing. The spa is fantastic and the staff takes care of everything for you! The food is very fancy, so if you have simpler tastes y It may be more difficult to eat at the restaurants (however I believe pizza is available the whole time). Get to the pool/beach area early to get a gorgeous view, and lounge in the sun (or under an umbrella) all day. The resort is also a short walk (north) to a shopping plaza where you can get good food and local goods. The bus and taxis are pretty easy to navigate as well.

I have not had the opportunity to get to know this hotel. But I see good comments, I imagine that the rate is high.

This place doesn't have the good things that everyone is talking about on Expedia and trip advisor, it's waaay overrated and nothing Is great about it, it's really old building and badly in need of a Reno, food is so so, and the worst thing the timeshare sales scam that will waste half ur day, they will promice u that they will give u something or do something nice for u to agree to sit down and listen to them, after u do and wasted lots of time they will never follow with thier promice, bunch of liers! NEVER again I will Never again waste my time and money at this donkey with a horse price tag!

All inclusive, and they make sure you are well taken care of. Their staff works tirelessly to make sure you have a drink, you have the food, you have whatever you need to make you happy. (However, a little on the expensive side, but I will say you are really paying for service. And the service is fantastic. ) Grounds are nice, spa is fantastic, restaurants are good. Would recommend without reservation.

If you are looking for that once in a lifetime vacation spot this is it! My man brought me here as a surprise 50th birthday trip and it was the best birthday of my life! First off the staff is EXTRAORDINARY! Mario and Alex were our butlers and they really outdid themselves. Whatever we wanted they took care of it. We went to all the restaurants and recommend the French one — you can get same evening reservations if you are willing to wait a bit later to eat (meaning we asked Mario at 6pm if we could get reservations that night and we were in by 9pm seating). Everything to do here was a little slice of heaven. We swam all day in their perfect pools — whatever you want they are right there poolside to serve you. We went parasailing on my birthday and for the 1st time on my 50th that was pretty amazing. The night of my birthday we had the most romantic dinner of my life on the beach. Surf and turf with an amazing wine selection between courses. A sax player serenaded us before appetizers while we danced in our private cabana. After dinner we went back to the room and the staff had gone in and put balloons on the bed and a private message on the tv. There was a trail of rose petals leading into the bathroom where we found our two person jacuzzi with roses, bubbles and balloons ready for us at the perfect temp. They also had champagne chilling and chocolate covered strawberries.

I put three estrllas by an imbecil who scolded seydi.

For the fourth time we chose this Hotel my wife and I to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it has seemed to us DELICIOUS. Regardless of the fact that we found a newly renovated hotel and impeccable, the warmth and hospitality of the staff is EXCELLENCE. Please… do not stop taking any couple's massage.
