Review of Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun 4*

I went there to celebrate my friends wedding. Started off great until my husband had to fly home a day early and go to the hospital. He tested positive for salmonella and typhoid fever. He got it from eating the chicken at the buffet, the doctor said it was either rotten or had parasites in it. That’s not even the worst part of the trip. We left for the day to go on a boat to another island and when I came back I found SIX bottles of FENTANYL in my room. One being OPENED! So we called security and they came up and took all of it away (with their barehands as if fentanyl isn’t a big deal), got told to wait until 8 pm to talk to the hotel general manager. So we waited and spoke to him and he was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoke to. Trying to blame me for the fentanyl as if I would call security if I bought it? Moved me to a different room, ON THE SAME FLOOR, so I obviously didn’t take it. I ended up having to sleep with my NEWLY MARRIED friends the day after their wedding. He also said that I would be getting a refund for the last day considering I never slept in that room and well I found 6 bottles of fentanyl? But that was 2 months ago now and they finally emailed back saying their “investigation” didn’t come up with enough evidence for me to get a refund. What a joke of a resort. Do not go here if you value yours and your family’s lives. Attached are pictures of the bottles of fentanyl I found in the room. I will be writing reviews on every platform so people understand the danger of going to this resort.
