The location is good. It has close to shopping plazas. The rooms are a bit neglected. The breakfast service the truth is not very good could improve. The van service does not work.

It's comfortable. Easy access to Miguel Aleman. This approx 20min from the airport.

Do not respect your reservation if you make it through an agency, nor give you a solution or help you at all, 0 customer service, the people at the reception do not explain anything, simply depart and are arrogant especially your reception manager. The worst thing is that they never confirmed anything to my agency and the agency tried to communicate and they did not answer them, pesipés. This was my experience, I prefer not to book there again.

Parking next to the avenue is dangerous for the car (as the guard said, they break the crystals). Room 308 was all wet. They Had to change me to the 621. On the 6th floor only the rooms are indicated until 615 lol. The Wi-Fi… It doesn't work in my room.

A practical hotel. The pressure and temperature of the water in the shower were enough to take a good shower. We did not reach breakfast, I guess when going in a group of two buses we overcame what they had prepared. The sink in the room 212 is a bit loose. Overall I would recommend it definitely.

The driver who is in night time is not helpful. He doesn't get there on time, he doesn't have a waiting tolerance. I waited 1 HRA and it never came. Even though I was calling the hotel to see if I was still waiting and they told me it was not long. It happened to Me two times.

The water was cold, the regular cleaning. They moved Me out of room because they couldn't fix the water and the Internet was useless. The breakfast included has almost no options and it was not rich. I would only return for the proximity to the airport and that I could rent the room only a few hours to rest between flights. But it made me very expensive for only four hours.

Unfortunately upon reaching the room I found stained pillowcases, dirty blankets, only one towel and poor air conditioning. At breakfast the service was excellent and at the time of Checkout the manager offered an apology for the inconvenience, which is also appreciated. I Went to one of the event halls; The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well arranged and elegant (although something small, maximum about 20 people) and the parking lot pretty well.

Bad service, daily you have to go to reception to be activated your key to the room. The staff have despot attitude and they can never take care of you. The Buffet is the worst I have ever tasted in both flavor and variety. He Doesn't have drawers to keep clothes on. Your Cable Service only has like 10 channels. And your internet is super slow.

A super comfortable hotel and very close to the airport of Monterrey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had no problem during my stay despite finding myself over there during the electric power shorts in Nuevo León, fortunately the hotel has its own power plant and there was no downside.

No Shuttle dispite it said it had shuttle in the area had to pay taxi to take me to the airport.

Service is not good. I know it was really busy day but the way how they treat customer was terrible. I booked 3 rooms but there was only 2 rooms available. The room they gave me was occupied with other customer frat so I had to complain and get another room. On second day, there was not enough towels prepared. They don't take responsibility and they blamed Expedia because I booked through them. But Expedia told me that all 3 rooms were secured.

A hotel with moderate prices, is more for executives who only get to sleep after a day of work. You do not have a pool or large installations. The rooms are a little small.

Staying at my parents at the Hotel and before you make the payment call to ask an important point for them. Are people advanced in age and one of the decisive factors for choosing a hotel is that includes transportation to the airport among others. The page mentions it but not happy with that call and said the date of arrival and departure of my potatoes to make sure of all the details. They assured Me that I was included transportation service; pay for it and today I called my mother to tell me that you don't have it, only Monday to Friday! The day that call I said the date of arrival and date of departure and never commented on that detail. Call the hotel to see what was happening, the guy on reception gave me no solution, I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor on duty, I went to the driver and to the middle of the conversation I hung up. I don't recommend it!

Good hotel, new rooms. Breakfast decent buffet included in the room rate. The hotel is express, don't expect much luxury.

The place is really comfortable and the personal is well educated and always worried about the customers, I went to a meeting in the restaurant and the food was delicious and good price, also the location is a little bit far from where I live but its really close from the airport, in less words, the service was great and the order and clean its outstanding.

The hotel is fine for business purposes.
