The shower lacks better cleaning, wet everything but the center, the cool bed and if you could put a rug would be luxurious as the floor is very cold Breakfast is good in general and nice the service, the location quite well, about 4 blocks from the cathedral, very nice area with a lot of night appeal.

A nice and clean hotel for staying the night. Not very luxurios but very well located. 7 minute walk from central plaza.

The staff is very kind and helpful, they listen to your request and try to do their best to resolve it. But the hotel room is very small, they don't have have enough ventilation is just a small window, some rooms have a/c but you have to ask for it. The walls are so thin you can hear everything outside your room. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Morelia is a dreamy place, its architecture, churches, gardens and avenues are beautiful as well as its attentive and friendly people. The hotel Rymma cozy, clean, with very good taste in the decor and its friendly staff, attentive and always with a smile greet us feel one in family. Thank you. Z.

A quiet contemporary hotel with a happy stay!

The hotel is very good, but I think the rooms should ofreser a little more for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, some rooms have somewhat uncomfortable beds and the sound of adjoining rooms is clearly heard, almost as if they were the same…

Great hotel with free parking good hot water, quiet rooms, close to the centre and breakfast included. Very good breakfast with lots of coffee, fruit plate, orange juice. It also incldes a different hot dish each day. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was also helpful in suggesting restaurants and sites to see. They also speak some English if you need. When I am back in Morelia I will definitely stay here again. Wifi was slow one day and fast the next.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is very central and quiet I loved it.

Too much echo in the hallways, beds were not as comfortable, and restroom has no ventilation; there appeared to be mole on the walls from the humidity.

Excellent Hotel Location.

Hotel Sencillo con buena ubicación, céntrico a tres cuadras de catedral. Cuenta con estacionamiento privado del Hotel, lo cual lo convierte en primera opción sobre otros de su precio. La noche tuvo costo de 800 por ser temporada alta, los cuartos son pequeños pero cuentan con lo necesario. Un buen hotel para pasar la noche a buen precio y céntrico. El único detalle es que el agua estaba fría.

For the price I expected something slightly more comfortable. And the smell of plumbing is not pleasant at all.

Comforting although lately it takes attention to the public. Some rooms are not the best. For example, one of them had no door in the shower, the water splashed and went out to the other part of the bathroom.

The hotel is OK, it is clean and nice for a short stay, well located and with the necessary services, you only have to fix the shower that the water comes out or boiling or freezing.

Awful experience, the receptionist had a bad attitude and I didn't had Wi-Fi at the hotel.

Very convenient location since I have close to home. A good service. Very friendly but a bit slow.

The bad-
• Photographs are misleading
• The room that they gave me had outlets without installing full
• The network of Wi-Fi didn't work in my room
• I was offered a free breakfast, but it was not valid until the following morning (in case of renting a second night, which did not need)
• Mattresses are lousy
• TOO small rooms
The good news-
• Hygiene
• Accept payment with card.

Good location but the rooms are very small.

The rooms are small but comfortable, at nights you sometimes hear a lot of noise.
