El lugar es ruidoso, y tiene mucha actividad nocturna. Las habitaciones y los baños, no son lo que esperaba. Las instalaciones no está en las buenas condiciones. En Booking lo venden como un hotel 5 estrellas. Es un hotel 3 o 2 estrellas. Me sentí engañado cuando llegué al hotel.

Excelente lugar, muy seguro, de muy buena atención y con una ubicación inmejorable. Totalmente recomendable.

The location is great, rooms are very comfortable and the people who works there are super kind.

These are the stars that this hotel really has. The room was clean, that was ok, but at 12 p. M. They turned off the air conditioner and the room looked like an oven, when we claimed we were offered a fan. The people at the front desk serve you well but fair enough. It is a pity because the hotel has a very good location.

Every single thing you see on the internet is totally different in real life. Rooms, gym and elevators in bad condition, nothing to do with what they show. AC tempature control is managed by a door and makes a horrible noise (literally you can't turn it off). Mattress and floors in bad condition.

Good location, there is a rich breakfast below, people abroad like to have vegetables and fruits, very close to the monument, and AT&T is also very close, most of the Mexicans are very good.

They move the floors very ugly when using the elevators, they have pillows so hard that I better throw them on the floor because they cause neck pain. The walls are not cemented by what you hear absolutely everything. In the restaurant they cater well. They let you do early check in. Housekeeping spends every day to see if your service is required. The keys of the tubs make a lot of noise so if another guest uses them in the early morning oyé that annoying and strong noise. They have a small bussines center with a very clean and comfortable bathroom that let you use even if you have already checked out. It has a gym facility with all the necessary machinery. In general the employees are very friendly and attentive. The toiletries as soap and shampoo did not replenish them once even though I stayed 3 nights. They have refrí in the rooms and it works very well. If you need kitchen items to cook in your room they will take you. In general they have good aspects as well as have many that could be improved.

Hotel exe suites San Marino is a great option for stay is really close to downtown so you don't need to walk to much. About the service it's Ok they have a great room service, the restaurant is also good isn't expensive and delicious but they haven't. His own parking but almost all the people are tourist so is not a big deal in a few words this hotel is good option to stay.

Old but good, clean very good location.

They have very good deals on their site. Spacious room with armchair, table and kitchenette. The facilities are old ladies, yes. There is a well-equipped gym, sauna, business center. The breakfast in the restaurant is terrible, do not go. The dinner to the room was fine in flavor, albeit with small attention details. I think their main problem is the communication and seriousness of the staff (they gave us incorrect information that created an uncomfortable situation). Yes, I would come back anyway.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel with excellent view to the angel of independence. Easy to move from one place to another, to walking, affordable prices and the food of the buffet very rich.

Very spacious room but needs updating and has smell in the bathroom. Price a little high in relation to the quality of the hotel. Includes breakfast buffet, well in food.

Very good hotel although you look old… The air conditioning is complicated… they have no parking. The attention is better from the people who do the toilet than from the front desk but they are attentive to whatever you are offered. The reception is 24 hours. It is clean and quite quiet to rest. The elevator usually closes at the worst time.

The location was very good and the hotel was very nice. Ugly pictures on the walls, the elevator always with faults, is very annoying. Helpful staff.

The service is very good on the part of the reception and the cleanliness. They should invest in infrastructure for their elevators that's the only observation I have. Excellent location and the right price.

The hotel has a good location, close to a lot of restaurants, sights and transportation. The rooms are big, without vi Windows that let in a lost of light, and the room standard is okay, a bit dated, but clean.

Indeed the website makes the rooms look a lot better than they are in real life. I was on a 6th floor and I was cold every night! The Wi-Fi service was barely usable and the room upkeep was late every day… Still the staff seemed willing enough and it is after all, affordable and located very centrally for Mexico City.

Do not be fooled by the glossy photos on the website. This second floor room is dark, outdated and incredibly noisy, nothing like the bright and beautiful images of the room I supposedly booked. Upon check in, they announce that they have already charged my card (despite written mentions from the booking service that it would charged upon arrival) "We can do this! ". What appears to have been a good deal online is the price without the taxes and room fees. They also note that I would have to move rooms tomorrow as I cannot be accommodated in the same room for the entire stay. It is not possible to watch the TV from the bed or the couch — — this could be very annoying for some people. The wood floorboards are coming up and the hum of the refrigerator is very loud. These issues are inconvenient to say the least. The lobby is very cramped and in need of refurbishment. This first impression is not the way you want to begin your business trip/holiday. As I am not the first one to have this experience at this hotel, I encourage you to look elsewhere.

While the pictures of the room and hotels look really fancy on their website, in reality the rooms are a bit old and dated (maybe I was in a room that wasn't renovated yet). The room is a bit dark, the walls are bland, and while it's a step up from a hostel, it's really not that nice. I had some trouble with the toilet lever (you had to press it really hard). The breakfast buffet in the morning is alright. You can get tired of it quickly, so I recommend not booking the inclusive breakfast. Also, the hotel does not have a crib for infants (nor does the restaurant has high chairs). That said, the prices are cheap, you have a partial, but great view to the El Angel de la Independencia, the staff is nice (though their English isn't great), and you are walking distance to the square, subway, a department store and what seems to be a little Japanese area around the corner. There's also a convenience store right across from the hotel.

Exe Suites? Old Hotel. Air conditioning Tv with local channels very far from the HD. Nothing to do with the description and the pictures. At this price there is much better. Total deception.
Exe Suites? Hotel Muy viejo de Baja Calidad. Acaondicionado area of Otro sieglo Sucio y Ruidoso. Precios muy alto por este calidad. Total Decepcion.

Excellent price, considering the ubication and the area.

Hotel is old, which causes some problems to arise (tv, air conditionibg, elevator, etc). But it has a fantastic staff ready to promptly tackle those problems for you. Oh, and a threadmill in the gym will be much appreciated.

Good price but I didn't like the facilities.

The only positive is the location. Upon entering the room there was smell of fritanga cheap. Not that some do in a hotel. The cook is more for getting a coffee to get to cooking. The bathroom… the hot water came out brown; and with that I everything. Old Hotel, can't charge what they charge for the service you provide. Wrong. Never return.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. We have stayed in room 902, 1002, 1105. The 02 rooms are great. I love this hotel. I will say it does have very hard beds. Other than that I love it. It is in the perfect location. For the bed problem I bought a $20 inflatable queen mattress from Walmart and I bring that with me. This hotel is within walking distance of just about everything very good neighborhood and area. I will be staying again and again. The staff are great also.

Excellent service, very helpful staff, rich breakfast, with coffee maker, stove and refrigerator with water and coffee all the time. It was a great stay in the Cd of Mexico.

I received and assigned my room, I had made the reservation at booking, and said that the room had tina but did not. Refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and stove were very old even that worked. I asked for a quiet room but the mariachis at the restaurant, which is worth mentioning were heard was just below my room. For everything else, it seemed a great place. The bed very comfortable and adequate space.

Excellent Suite with kitchenette, coffeemaker, excellent service, very good restaurant below. Wonderful location. Clean and very comfortable for longer stays. Affordable cost. Ideal for families, tourists or executives for business trip. It is one block from the Angel of independence. Just tours desk, but they are easily round.

It is a nice, but a little old place. The service is very good, they are friendly, although it is a little difficult to find an employee after 10. Very good location, one block away from reform.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. They put me in a double twin bed room, floors coming apart nothing like pictures on the web. Place is nasty.

This hotel is not modern at all, it's exactly the opposite. A very small and old hotel. Elevators are something you will see from 1960's. There is a sudden jerk when approaching the floors. Quite scary, I must add. Futhermore, I must stress caution when it comes to leaving your belongings in the hotel when heading out, as security is definately not up to par (this comes from experience) and management in dealing with the situation is simply ridiculous. Two thumbs down.
