Horrible experience, if you go leave absolutely nothing of value in the safe much less in the room! leave an amount of cash in the safe from which they stole a part! and obviously they didn't take responsibility, so they have safe if the contents weren't protected and much less will protect it! this I spend on Saturday, August 25, 2018 to get precautiond.

Modern, very well situated hotel in Sta Fe. Mexico. Walking distance to top restaurants in the area. Hotel room are spacious and nicely distributed. Well priced for quality…

Modern business hotel, very attentive service, very good breakfast, ideal for the southern district of Santa-Fe. Very good Wifi reception. Windows cannot be opened.

The hotel is located about 12-14 km from the center, in a safe environment dominated by new office buildings. No subway connection nearby. Good shopping opportunities.

Un hotel de un excelente servicio. El restaurante cuenta con algo de variedad y con un servicio apto para viajes laborales. El estacionamiento puede ser algo problemático. Las habitaciones son muy amplias pero el diseño del baño hace algo complicado compartir con algún colaborador (paredes de vidrio no transparente sin puertas que se puedan cerrar)

The room was very nice, the Hotel was very nice and central.

Unfortunately I can't stay again at the NH collection Santafe because someone from the staff shoplifts my tennis and that is unforgivable.
I have not received an apology or the slightest detail of wanting to amend the situation.

The attention was very good, it has a good view. There's a mall nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, among other added values, they offer iron for emergencies. :). It is a little removed from the center so the commuting there are long.

A clean, comfortable and very friendly place the staff. The rooms are spacious and the bed and pillows are delicious. Every time I go to Mexico I like staying at NH Santa Fe.

As expected, all the attention of a NH, what distinguishes it is that it has an unbeatable location that Santa Fe, a few minutes walk from the shopping center, important offices (Office Depot, Liverpool), and great restaurants. It is also a few meters from the toll highway to Toluca and the free, right in the middle.
In his restaurant, he has a nice view.

Además de unas instalaciones muy cómodas y bien cuidadas lo mejor es el desayuno, a diferencia de otros hoteles, este cuenta con una barra de frutas, quesos, jugos, panadería y un chef que te cocina al momento desde unos tlacoyos, gorditas y chilaquiles hasta un home let.

It is a good hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable, they have smart TV, very comma beds, full bathrooms, perfect room service, the only thing I do not give the 5 is for a problem that happened with my reservation, which I did not like that was that I get to the s 11, but I got my room until 3:00 in the afternoon which was a little irritating and tired.

Building and room was Nice. Close to a very big nice shopping mall. We had a king size bed with nice view. But frontdesk service was bad. Not friendly and we kind of Feel To disturb the clerks. We paid the room at check in and when we checked out after 2 nights they said theu could nt find the paiement. They finaly found it after 10 minutes. Food at the hôtel for diner was not very good… overcooked. Service need To be improoved also. The restaurant has a nice potentiel.

The rooms are very comfortable the service of tea, coffee practice, has a minibar available to the guest and although the prices of the minibar are excessive if you can give the small luxury is very practical, I have not had the opportunity to visit the restaurant but it looks Nice, the gym has the essentials.

Something more than a hotel, a very cozy place to spend a very quiet evening full of comfort, cleanliness, and an amazing view of the city, with large buildings etc. And excellent service and price, great quality price.

Excellent hotel for business trips, given the location and service The price seems fair to me. The four stars is for the buffet service, the food was not bad but the variety was little and the taste very flat.

Great tourist base camp near restaurants, huge mall, new and reasonably priced, good staff/service (a bit desperate in the empty bar… like a strip club they add extra you didn't buy… buy 4 they add 7… 3X extra Heineken is @$200 pesos… had to argue, get it corrected… then they're desperate about tips… like they're starving) … arguing over $10 pesos (50 cents)! Good clean business/tourism stay over, Carlos is helpful with printing info, Salvatore is a communicative manager… but restaurant manager is desperado, and it looks/feels cheap. Had just reviewed favorably on Expedia. The TV lounge at the restaurant is pleasant, see picture… Comfy.

The location in Santa Fe, although far from the city centre, is adequate, in an exclusive sector with access to public transport, even.
The service in the hotel is excellent, it has a friendly staff and very good facilities. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and all that is required to have a comfortable lodging.

Good location if you arrive to CDMX by Toluca Airport. Modern and quiet Hotel, rooms in very good condition. Restaurant with good view through its windows. Lack of warmth to their staff as I felt a cold deal more than friendly.

Except for the prices Jan the Servi bar everything is very good. Very elegant.

Air conditioning not controlled well (cold air although set to warm, when it's 11 degrees outside). One elevator broken for a whole week.

Nice rooms. Fast internet.

Good position and a nice hotel. The rooms do heat up with the morning sun but nothing over the top. There are however better alternative hotels in the area at very similar prices. In my case the Intercontinental was only a few dollars more but much better. There is a starbucks opposite and several restaurants in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi was free.

Great staff, the faster internet connection I found in a hotel, but unfortunately you have to pick a room near the elevators to get a good connection.

NH Santa Fe is very well located and the rooms are quite ok. The value for money is one of the best in Santa Fe. The gym is ok too although a little bit small.

Horrible Service, dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, unprofessional and impolite. No will to help you resolve any issue, no way to make any type of claim. The breakfast is the only good thing in this hotel. Please avoid at all costs.

The food is good, specially the celebrity salad. The gym has adequate equipment and the rooms are pretty good except for the bed, which is too rigid for my tastes.

It's the ultimate it's like being home!, all the staff is extremely friendly! From the front desk staff like Arturo, Fidel, Adrian, Melisa, Diana, Sandra and Karen that although not already at reception is always to solve your needs!, I hope I have not omitted someone. In the restaurant are equally attentive both Magdalena and Leonardo always on the lookout for what you need!. The room was clean and comfortable! The waitresses are very helpful to me almost always touches the 8th floor and I get Santa that really is a charm!, and x last I can say of the Lolita and Maynor heads that only shows that if the heads are okay everything works well!

The transparent bathrooms are odd for a business class hotel and the restaurant service is mediocre at best.

A gorgeous, modern hotel in the Santa Fe district. A few drawbacks though: the HVAC was very loud in the room (couldn't have it on overnight). The wood laminate flooring in my room had been water-damaged at some point, and was peeling up. The worst aspect of my stay was the breakfast buffet. FAR to expensive, and really not very good. The items that were supposed to be hot were luke-warm at best. Nevertheless, the hotel is very nice, and I would stay here again. 7/10.

Lousy Internet service, bad information in reception, good Hotel, poor service. It has no swimming pool.
