Excellent service from the staff and excellent facilities the place very clean and with a good pool.

It is a shame that a hotel with very good location, offer a very poor service for what it charges, there is no water in the showers that also, are old and do not serve, very dirty bathrooms and without maintenance, air acondisionado not serve you change rooms to serve one, rooms with Street View with all the noise of the world and closed the heat still with air, the only thing worth it is the service of the restaurant, but it is also expensive and limited coffee, juice or fruit you charge it separately… conclución… He doesn't deserve a star in the quality rating of the services. Clean rooms with good service and air conditioning. The restaurant downstairs serves a wide variety of local dishes and makes a pretty solid michelada. -1 star for the hot water being very unreliable and for the Wi-Fi never actually working (neither for smartphones nor laptops)

The hotel has an excellent location because it is close to downtown, so there are several services around such as banks, convenience stores and pharmacies. One of the worst hotels of my recent vacation. We visited several villages much more humble and small than Huejutla, and they treated us much better than in this terrible hotel. The beds were watery, hundian much, the pillows were flat and hard, the bathroom was viejisimo, had mold, tartar, had no ventilation, the door did not close well, there was no where to leave the soap or put anything in the shower (even dangerous). We had a room with a view of the street and the noise of the intersection of the corner, almost did not let us sleep (the people pita before crossing, instead of a single set). The TV was old, very small and the air conditioning barely large enough. They left us 2 towels for 4 people and when you ask for more never came. There was No shampoo of courtesy in the room (as usual, up in the hotel most basic there is, eh? ) we had to ask for it. The line of the phone was no good, had noise, and for some reason I was spotting the phone who knows that (a spot of coffee). The blankets of the bed were hard and cumbersome. The worst thing about this hotel was definitely the mattress, I slept the whole chueca for everything that is sinking. I awoke with back pain. If in a hotel you can't even rest means that the money is not worth it. I would not recommend it and definitely not return.

An ideal place to rest with a price that is very comfortable, the rooms clean and tidy, friendly service. The 4 stars is because it does not have a pool, nor gym and in the rooms there are no accessories such as dryer and iron.
