Great service, nice food and good location!

A good place, quiet and comfortable as is your style.
Only one detail the water is extremely cold, we have stayed 5 times in this hotel specifically and I have been told to request it at the front desk, to let them know to maintenance, but the last two times it was worth them, ie only one occasion of the 5 times mentioned S was heated, the pool on the roof and the cold air to everything it gives, just like the pool water.

Perfect location. Since everything is close to bus terminal … Center.

The hotel is very cozy and very clean, just the normal problems with the cards that sometimes don't read the elevator and you can not go by ice on the floors pairs.

Location near the central bus but you can't walk easily. Well its facilities, they do not have bellboy but not necessary, the breakfast buffet is not very spacious as in other hotels of the chain but it tastes good. Recommended in Queretaro Centro Sur.

This is a beautiful and modern hotel. It has a friendly staff and all the amenities one would want.

Rooms are good, breakfast is perfect… great buffet and you can place orders for fried eggs etc. Toaster is not very good though… one side is broken… they do nothing about it… I was there for ten days. Restaurant dinner food is not superb … I like both the Argentine restaurants on walking distance better… where there is great value for money.

La entrada se confunde con la plaza Q7001, está bien el hotel.

A collection of things gone wrong: staff with an attitude, rewards reservation not acknowledged, parking is not so convenient and just as we thought the F&B dept was the one good thing, we had a terrible breakfast. Rooms are pretty but not so practical. Very clean at least.

Terrible Internet and it is supposed to be something they presume, we could not work neither my husband nor myself and almost lost a client. The breakfast was very good. The pool is not heated so you can't even get in as it is up in the open air. When you arrive there is no one to help you with your suitcases or ask if you need help to call someone.

Great decorations. Needs more elevators. Ten floors around 20 rooms each… only 2 elevators.

If the swimming pool was climada would be the perfect place. Oh, and there is no parking.

Good, they didnt have two beds as we booked online and I had to sleep in a small, uncomfortable bed, Everything else was fine.

The hotel's chef is really good, elevators are really slow and the hotel should leave more than 1 tiny soap im the rooms. All the staff was very friendly.
