I have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is satellite with lots of channels. The room prices did go up when the hotel changed management I think about a year ago, but the price is still reasonable for a good night's sleep in a cozy and secure niche close to the hustle and bustle of Revolution Ave. Will absolutely go back.

This is one of the hidden "best deals" in Tijuana if you are looking for a hotel for a night or weekend. It is located on Constitución near intersection of 9th street. The rooms are large — y very well equipped. Bed y bedding are good, bathroom is excellent y everything is clean y nice. Quiet y not alot of noise even though it is on Constitución (see April 17 UPDATE below). For the accomodations, y price of $35 (weekends) — — it is much nicer than say the Ceasar Hotel on Revolution or any Revolution ave hotel — which can be noisy at night. A GOOD, SAFE, BARGIN — — parking is available but limited though like all of centro Tijuana. Pay parking availble with 24 hour attendent on 9th at LA 9 PARKING — LESS than 25 yards from hotel. Also 2 great really restarants less than 25 yards away from hotel on Constitución (NINIs y BISTRA) Y these restarants are great y económica o too. (Update — 17 April 17 — they have almost finished building the condo/apartmento behind the hotel now (16 June 18), y hotel is much quiter now — — especially back area rooms.

Rooms are nice and clean, staff are friendly and prices are cheap. Parking place is small if you can get a spot, Best you walk to down town so you won't lose it. No elevator I stayed on 3 floor.

Lousy service receptionist rude and poor service.

It is a small hotel, has continental breakfast included, rustic type room, free coffee in the administration. It's in downtown Tijuana BC. Very good location. It is advisable.

It's a lousy hotel, the receptionist is arrogant, they want to take a copy of your INE, we had a lot of problems here, not recommended. Bad rooms, the bathroom smells like cigarette smoke, no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi is very bad or the signal does not arrive. Not recommended.

Well located and clean, the continental breakfast enough and good. The only thing better is that the doors to the rooms were better sealed as there is wind and outside noise coming in. There is also a need for safe in the room.

This Place is great. All the usual hotel/motel stuff. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the city. Price is around $46 u. S. Per night up to 4 people. If you book online it is $10 cheaper. There is Security in the enclosed parking lot all night (from 7pm) and they don't let anyone in that doesn't belong. There is a contenintal breakfast in the morning. No hot tub, no swimming pool, no sauna. Downtown is within walking distance. (You don't want to drive around in TJ) The rooms are clean, smell okay, they have tv, cable, 2 free bottles of water, a. C. And heater, and THE SHOWER AND PLUMBING ARE THE BEST! If you do not know the city, ask questions. The staff is VERY HELPFUL. FYI side note: in Tijuana most taxi rides should be around $50 pesos! Don't let the taxi driver give you a different price.

Horrible management. Literally kicked out me and my puppy in the cold and rain, at night, with no where to go after they double billed me causing an error in my bank account. No compassion or understanding. Even threatened to call police several times if they didn't get their money. Even after I showed them confirmation of payment online. An email they overlooked and an owner I was told "didn't want to deal with it" was my response. Never mind I had been with them for a month already. Horrible people. Don't stay here. Once they have your money, they talk about you behind your back. I saw it personally.

He lacks some arrangements my room dripped, the bathroom olia to drain. Then I moved to another room but had no window.

He's always been good to me. The location is excellent and the price too. Now they give free breakfast!

Housekeeping stole my iPad and some money. Management refused to investigate and I inferred that the hotel felt it was my fault for leaving those items in the room. However, I had only checked into the hotel a few hours earlier and when I returned I discovered the theft. There was absolutely no reason for housekeeping to enter my room within a few hours of my arrival. The room was clean, I had towels, I didn't ask for anything, and I normally would have removed or secured my valuables if I felt housekeeping might enter. They told me they did a turn down service… This is not a turn down service type of establishment. This is a cheap, but relatively clean looking hotel with no ammeneties. Ignore all the things that the online websites list for ammeneties here. Bed, tv, shower, and possibly A/C if you reserved it and showed up before they give those rooms away. Management, whom I later discovered was a partial owner of the property, is a wolf in sheep's clothing and a real piece of (explictive). Thieves and liars with big smiles.

Very clean, the staff friendly.

Rather central location, very comfortable rooms and despite the location quite calm the atmosphere, the people at reception were always very friendly, and despite the fact that on one occasion I modified a reservation and had to pay a little more the service was nice.

Basic hotel that has all the amenities you'd expect.

Discreet Aervicio. Very quiet place and no hassle.

If you only go for work to the nearby area of downtown area and if you don't have a car it is a good option as you can take transportation for any part of the CD from $15 pesos. The rooms Revísalas for you to order with AC and it does not work very well.

Does not have an elevator. Not enough parking for all rooms. They block your at night time. I had to leave early in the morning and they delayed me 20min.

I stayed here for over a week. $36 usd on weekdays, $48 on weekends without an a/c. This place was everything a traveler needs. There was an english speaking hotel manager (gracias dios). Everyone was incredibly sweet and trustworthy. I left my things in the room during the day, nothing touched. Cleaning lady even tidyed up the room and folded my clothes. They make sure you get a bottle of water, shampoo, fresh towels and toilet paper daily. There is also a bar located in the hotel, unsure of the hours and prices. There is also a security guard who will stop escorts if you purchase one (i did). You just call the front desk and say its ok to let them in When I come back this is my first stop. I highly recommend it. Just tell a taxi driver — aqua rio, zona centro por favor. Thank you chicas de aqua rio.

I was making deliveries for a shipping company. And while delivering the staff and personel were really helpfull in directing me were to go.

My family and I estubimos a week in the hotel the truth very good treatment of the employees the rooms very comfortable on my part I recommend it.

The room is clean. Service is good. That district is safe.

Do not be carried away by the name, is not in the area of the Tijuana River, however the hotel is in the Avenida Constitución and calle 9, in the center of Tijuana, clean and with good service, the hotel is very quiet despite the area and has a small parking lot, so you have to get there early to reach place in the dates of a lot of demand for the service.

Good staff, and a decent hotel to rest your head. Right in downtown TJ. One block away from La Revolucion. You have two great places to eat at right outside the hotel. I enjoyed my time here and will be back.

Great place also rooms aren't bad bathroom is great and have coffee maker room is plus. Also for one room is 36 dllrs for day I say it's not that bad it's worth it to me and it's nicely clean. Bathroom and shower works great bit one of handles for the shower doesn't work or turn but everything else is good so far.

Stayed here three times. Always clean and the staff is friendly. Free coffee. This location is great because you stay close to the center but the pricing is cheap.

The Place is very clean and lies of k there are cockroaches the staff is very attentive and you can cuminicar without any problem.

Funny to say, but I was also charged for staining towels with hair dye! $20 they wanted from me! I was told that the stains did not come out, yet when I asked to see the towels and the stains I was old they were in laundry! Hmm how is that if they said they were already washed and stained! Never again!

Cute, good and cheap. I stayed here several times and the truth is that economic is very good.

The service is good apart from having a computer for working and Catalan character sheets :P.

It was a great service and rooms were nice.

This hotel is often raided by corrupt cops who like to extortion tourists from the US. Parking also can be a nightmare since their parking lot is really small. Save the headache and go somewhere else.

I would give this place no stars. Not only does it have roaches. But when I call to tell the manager they did not care. They had the nerve to call my room at 10pm to tell me that I stained the towel with hair dye. The towel was so old and stained when I checked in with red hair dye. My hair is blonde and they told me I had to pay 150 pesos for the towel. I can't believe this place. Then they told me there is no manager to speak to. I will never return.

I stayed here for ten days April of 2015. It was quite nice albeit around thirty years old. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It is in a good location; it's one avenue over from a busy street with many restaurant options.

It is good, Clean, comfortable, and cheap for the times of cold that not for the heat. The only big problem is that if you're working and need to check, is a real problem to be begging these people that you submit your bills. In fact in the end never sent to me, which I caused certain problems in my work. I was hosted approx 1 month.

OK why not a five star.?. This was a small very clean hotel between Tijuana's busiest streets, Revolucion and Constitucion a very noisy neighborhood and the walls are thin so I could hear folks making babies. Bring ear plugs and this will be a great experience. Like I said, clean and very inexpensive $27US a night. Super courteous and helpful staff, though English is not their strong suit; they and I worked everything out. They have plenty of parking a small bar/cafe/restaurant which I didn't try; who knew breakfast in Tijuana is well past 9? Anyway next time ear plugs and I might give it a five…

It was more loved than liked it. The only issues were the thickness of the walls, and lack of an air conditioner. Every room is VERY clean, with great shower pressure and a plasma, with a very modern and high power ceiling fan. Very near on the same street you can find a taqueria, open late, a laundromat, just about a hundred yards away, a bakery, with excellent pastries for a good price, and a small shop across the street for sodas or sweets. Also on the same corner as the hotel is a pharmacy. It is one block off of the main Centro street, Revolucion, which is also the largest tourist location. Fridays and Saturdays, the streets are full, people are dancing and selling their wares, and if you are a light sleeper, you might have issues. There are always loud trucks with pipes that shake the walls, racing motorcycles, dogs barking and loud conversation. I would still stay there again. It was a very nice place, and a pleasant surprise.
