This was my most nightmare experience ever in my life! One single word: Disaster! We are visiting Mauritius + — 3 times a year for business. On Tuesday 21/11/2017 at 14h08 SA time my office send an email to Voile Blue informing them that we will arrive between 21h00 and 22h00 Mauritian time, and that they must prepare us sandwiches for our room. When we arrive just before 22h00, there was only 1 lady at reception. No porter to help with luggage. When we arrived at our room there were no complementary, coffee, tea, sugar, sweeteners or milk! Only 1 bottle of water. There were no sign of any sandwiches and the lady at reception informed us she did not know about such request! Needless to say my wife and me had 1 packet of Willard chips and 1 tin of Tab which we bring along with us from SA. The next morning me and my wife had 1 cup of cold coffee. No sign of any cheese, porridge or ham. Between my wife and me, we had 3 slices of bread, 2 croissants, 1 small glass of diced fruit with 1 small yogurt! A male guess brought his own ham, witch he bought in town to the breakfast room, just to have something decent to eat! Poor service to say the least! I did discussed this with the Manger… I am sorry Sir. Dont be fooled by pictures! We left after 2 nights and spend the rest of our time at Friday Attitude for the rest of our stay in Mauritius. For the same price what a revelation and fantastic experience, hospitality and food at Friday Attitude Hotel! Voile Blue, urgently go back to the drawing board! You do have major problems.
