Lovely, welcoming staff who went out of the way to make our stay comfortable and relaxed. The apartment itself was very roomy, clean and quiet and had lots of little extra's such as chocolate on the pillows, slippers etc. We had a room with a balcony and the view of the harbour from here was amazing. I would definitely recommend Paulos Boutique Hotel (apartments)

A small Hotel in a great location. For breakfast you will get selection of eggs, cheese, salami, fruits, homemade cookies and a very good coffee. The hotel is an old house that was renovated recently. Each room looks different. The showers are very small but reasonable. We had a small balcony with a view of the sea but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The owner's warm attitude to the guests is remarkable. We strongly recommend the hotel for your next vacations in Valletta.

I will start with the location of this hotel which is excellent and the best for sight seeing and public transport. Next are the owners, nice, attentive and eager to help with everything you need. Breakfast is nice with everything you need, even if the selection is small but it has cheese, cold meats, fruits, cereal, vegetables, yogurt, nuts, jam, honey, tea and very good coffee. They make you eggs and serve an assortment of homemade cookies. The breakfast is the same every day but we didn't mind it at all. The hotel is an old house and has several restrictions such as small showers and cramped bathrooms. Each room is different from the other and you can contact the owners directly for special requests. The rooms are all spacious but the ones facing the street suffer from street noise because the windows has no insulation. Our only problem was the mattress which was on the hard side for us. Overall we had the most enjoyable stay and we definitely recommend Malta and Paulos Boutique Hotel for a wonderful holiday.
