The best hotel I where visit its awesome I love this hotel this was my 4th visit to this hotel Its amazing. I live everything thing in the hotel. Wonderful.

The hotel is located very near to jetty no 5 and 6 of the Maldives capital island Malé. We were greeted and picked up by their car from the jetty. The hotel is neat and clean with a very supportive and helpful staff. We were really taken aback by the view on the 10th floor of the hotel when we went up there for breakfast the following day. We had a superb view of the airport island and many other smaller islands. Maldivian sea planes and aeroplanes of several countries took off and landed, the speed boats speeded off from one island to other leaving a white trail in the greenish blue indian ocean… what a treat to the eyes it was while we treated our stomach with so many varieties in buffet breakfast which included tuna, yummy sausages, brownies and much more… It was such a lovely experience overall.

A fine, three Star Plus hotel with an excellent restaurant. Quite clean. 'Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff not far from the airport ferry terminal in Male. Bed was a bit hard, but ok. No exercise room. The only other problem is that the hotel is also Next Door to a mosque. Judging from my other impressions of Male, they are lovely people, but the loudspeakers on the minaret rendered repeated calls to prayer, at least on Sunday. Those were extremely loud. I was woken up several times during my daytime recovery from an All Night Flight. Another call to worship occurred at 0500 the next morning, waking me up once more. I couldn't get back to sleep following that one. 'Not sure any element or soundproofing would have been enough.

Average service. Cosy little terrace. A bit crowdy. Food is average.

Our room had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning agent or other solvent and it was right next to a staff room. We checked in very late and didn't have energy to change the room. The staff started playing music and talk around six AM, so no sleep for us… The breakfast did a comeback later in the afternoon.

Value for the money, and one of the most elegant hotel in Male Maldives, nice view easy eccesible quite, homely place.

Very nice, clean, well behavior staff. Buffet breakfast is very nice, clean and healthy. I have want stay here again and again.

Stayed here for couple of days. Rooms are cozy and service is good. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is located very close to airport ferry terminal in Male city.

Stayed for one night. Good location, just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. They gave us a second room for free, after they couldn't provide the extra bed to our room. Breakfast was OK. The usual beans, sausage and pancakes. The room was clean but had a bad smell, but we were too tired to complain. The other room was fine. Hot water from the shower was very welcome. The cleaning closet was next to the room too, which caused some commotion early in the morning. It seems the doors are made of paper.

Clean rooms. Nice views. But very noisy at night. You can hear doors banging, people talking till 1 at night. Very disturbing. And service is okay.

Nice place with helpful staff. They have service to pick up us from airport. But there’s loud prayer from nearby at 4am in the morning.

Room is very clean, looks perfect. Wifi provide for 4 days, each access only provide for one device you have to ask extra access at front desk for another device use.

Stay there on last week, Unima Grand really impress me! Such a beautiful and luxury city hotel in Male city! Staff are friendly, there is top floor (10th) where you can have breakfast with stunning view, i'm sure even in the evening for dinner will be good place! In the room everything look perfect, comfortable and high tech. I have stay many hotel at Male city hotel or Hulhumale, but this is the BEST! Keep up your great job! Maintain the room properly, and also train the staff! Hopefully can be back next time. Thank you!

Comparatively high price. Staff friendly. Room small but clean and tidy. Restaurant on the roof with good view.

Only one night stay here. Room is clean and elegant. But inside toilet, there is NOTHING to use except few towels. By the ways, 10th floor has very beautiful view for tourist. Good guest service. Very comfortable bed. and not cheap.

Hands down the best 'bang for buck' hotel you can get in male'. The hotel is brand new and the staff is super friendly. I am originally a maldivian living in Australia/Sydney. I travel to male' quite often and me being picky on hotels I stay, I'd say this is my new favourite among hotels in male'. Loved the whole experience.

Rooms Are perfect! Clean! Brand new! Have their own products! Room rates are acceptable! View is awesome!
