Best to go off peak as there's few people and you can enjoy the hot pools. Not quite the sulphur type but for a relaxing dip it's good.

Good food but a bit slow service, phone line most likely out of coverage in the room.

Big room. Facilities are acceptable. Breakfast can improve, need more variety of food. Their mee goreng is too plain.

Nice place to bring your family for day out. Have homestays.

But not people who have standards like IHG InterContinental, AccorHotels, Marriott SPG and Hilton.

Great place to escape from busy city and relaxation. The place also good for activity like team building.

Must visit, especially if you are travelling towards Cameron Highlands, make a stop here and take a rest. Hot springs are just amazing, also have a very huge pool with slides for kids.

For short review, this place needs an upgrade. The cockroach baby inside the food, a lizard on the wall and the darky place (the hot spring) in the resort. The pool is pretty dirty too. You can't give a reason that this place is old. But the others were fine. If the manager read this, Please fix the problem that i've just write above. Everything that I said is related with the resort.

Natural resources made use to cater guests. However, need better maintenance to ensure cleanliness. It's quite dirty along the waterway leading to the main hot pools. Lots of leaves stuck in most of the wading pools.

Great place for tranquility despite having a waterpark at the other end of the area. Hotspring … also another attraction for some.

Good accommodation, good facilities, lush greenery in the middle of Palm plantation. Special attraction are the Hot Spring Pool. Archery range & ATV rides available at additional fee. Rooms are spacious. Clean and air-conditioning is good. Clean bathroom. Multiple power points available for gadget charging. Iron & ironing board provided. For those who love to be in front of mirror, worry not, there are 2 in the room and 1 in the bath. Pretty good food served in the Meranti coffee (open till 10pm). If hunger hits after that hour, there is an eatery right outside the main entrance.

Very cozy, romantic resort for both couples and family to spend quality time.

It is just a casual hot spring, nothing much here.

Visited the place few days ago. Generally it is a Very good place to relax but the pool is a bit dirty. At the Spring Water pool, the surface is very rough. It hurts especially for kids The toilet is in a very sorry state, lighting mostly not working Children play Pool near the restaurant also not working at all, signboard indicated it is open from 10am to 100pm but pool is empty despite calls made. No one will care. Poor management in short.

Best to go during fasting month, promo room rate and not so crowded. Good for a private rest time with family.

Nature hot spring, and also have huge pool for children to play, and temember to boil the egg from the hot nature steam water.

I have tried to call the place for so many times but no one pick it up. It is likely that no one was there to answer. Really feeling upset bout this. Really feel that this place need some concern bout customer.

My family & I went there couple of days ago. The hotspring pools (varying temperatures) are definitely a thumbs up… surrounded by nature, a good place for relaxing and mind refreshing. Will definitely will come back. Only for day trip Food is horrible. We had lunch at the resort food corner (near to pool). It's oily. And worst part of it, dead fly on one of the plate. Can’t the cook be considerate in preparing the food? For dinner… which was at restaurant near to reception…. One of the food is really salty (lots of ajinomoto), the rest are so so We stayed in a villa. Initially we were given a villa at one corner of the place. The moment we enter, nothing but creepy feeling. With its terrible wall deco, coupled with unclean toilet… I immediately request for a change. At that point, all of us didn't know that most of the villas are not occupied, it is weekday anyway. Despite hesitation from reception, I managed to convince to change villa. And we were given slightly better one. Come dinner time… we have to drive to the reception area. Road leading to that place is completely dark. After meal, driving back… we thought it will change but still the same. We decided to go bed early because nothing much to do. Kids with the grandma in 1 room…my wife & I in another. My wife & I couldn’t sleep throughout the night as we feel things. Sudden water drop, something running on the roof and attempt in opening sliding door  really creepy Villa price of RM 600 (one night).

Good for family to spend time in the hot spring pools.

Is a good destination to visit.

Its okay to hang out with family and its just took 1 and half hour to arrive at the destination. It suits for child who love with swimming session.

The food is very expensive.

The place was very refreshing and likely closed to nature. The hotsprings here was the best! Great place to break off from a stress work. Even it's not too hard to find a way to get here.

More food at lower price.

Recommended by relative to visit hot spring while holiday at their residence on 22nd Dec. Drove from Gopeng to Sungkai using the highway, turn out to the old trunk road, turn left, about 900m you will see signboard direction and it's another 9km from there, took about 45 mins. The first pool we came across is the eggs boiling spot where you can buy eggs from the stall beside. We did not try as it was crowded during holiday season. There are few smaller pool where you can try soaking your legs. Temperature is about 40-43 degree. The fun does not end here! For everyone, go to the main pool. About 2 ft deep. Is cooler at the entrance side. If you prefer the 40 degree, go to the far end of the pool where the boulders are, water inlet side, hot, hot hot. Be warn, if you have not swim in dirty water before, try this, the cleaner version.! Answer? Find out yourself. Sure No regrets. Enjoy.
