Warisan Eco Lodge Hotel

Although the staff was nice they were careless about the place — it was dirty and badly maintained. We had no sheets, apart from a blanket that was super smelly and was probably never washed and the room was soooo stuffy. To make things worse, there was a big group of people being super loud after midnight.

Place is good. Staff is helpful. Good for short stay.

Decent place close to very close to jongker street. A retro old school place, parking and facilities were available. Abit noisy cause of the thin walls, street right in front and water pumps in the building.

The place is very nice and convenient. 2 minutes of walking toJonker Walk.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and you will feel like home. It just tend to get noisy at night as it's directly beside the main road.

We had choose the wrong room facing the main road, normal volume of car is acceptable on Friday night, though we still only able to sleep around 4am. Problem when came to Saturday night, mat rempit roaming till 2am ++. Also we had so bad luck to stay with a group of Malaysian youngsters with no common sense, that you should have stay quiet in the middle of the night, I can hear they shouting, talking happily and loud…ly in bahasa and it’s 3am now. We never had a good rest on our vacation and feel stressful. We had tried to ask them to stay quiet on the first night, second night they just “lantak kau la” and make even more noise. We want to avoid arguing with them, but sorry to say no staff is on duty at this hour. On the good side, the facility is better than a budget hotel? Hostel?

Stayed here for one night. Overall very cosy place. Nice location as it is located near to jonker walk. Decoration here also nice with malaysian chinese style theme.

It's very close to the night life and many attractions. The price is very low but the utilities are not so good.

Spartan living. Perfect for the hippie white man. Not for the day trippers and staycation Malaysians.

Very cheap and good location but very basic accommodation. This hostel has everything you need, good air con, hot water, Wi-Fi, good security, even towels, but obviously you get what you pay for. The toilet and shower are very basic and there is only one toilet and two showers so you can be waiting a while. The rooms are clean with many plug sockets but small and have no windows. Also the walls are thin so sleep quality depends on your the character of your neighbours. Host is friendly and kindly stayed up late to check us in. Wifi is limited and available only in the reception area.

Excellent option to stay in Malacca. Close to the heart but at a reasonable distance, very very nice and attentive staff, the accommodation is very cool and the price is the best we have seen in relation to quality/price for double room with private bathroom. Totally recommended.

Very nice host who takes care of his guests, is always courteous and can fulfill almost all wishes. Very clean rooms and a total cosy atmosphere make your stay a pleasure. The Warisan Eco Lodge is located in a traditional house that has been expanded. There is a kitchen for free use and cheap drinks to buy!

Verry nice place, clean, and centraly located & verry friendly staff.

The host/reception is excellent and cooks simple breakfast for guests. There is a very friendly and big Golden Retriever (dog) that loves to interact with guests.

The hosts are really friendly, and the room is more than okay for the price that you pay. Would definitely recommend it to young people who are backpacking due to the price and the good location.

Nice reasonably priced place for outstation travellers who would like a taste of the "old world" charm holiday lodgings. Place offers bed and breakfast deals which are great and the Lodge is within walking distance to the Jonkers Walk world heritage site in Malacca. Best make early bookings to the place if you intend to visit during peak holiday periods to avoid disappointment.
