Strategic location … near jonker walk, shop … and others place. My 1st choice this hotel.

Reasonable price and front desk very friendly.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothes and luggage. The fridge and bottled water a bonus. A handy location near the night market.

Front desk staffs are very courteous, helpful and warm. It is walking distance to jonker n all the places of interest there. Room is spacious n clean. Best part is the almost covered n guarded car park.

It's a pretty good, decent, but more impressively — clean, hotel. Just a little far from the old Malacca town but close walking distance to Jonker Walk. A spacious lobby area and a cute little courtyard at the back. This is one of those houses-turned-into-hotels so don't expect full hotel amenities and services. That being said, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff should be commended for their friendliness too. Standard rooms are little smallish but very clean and comfortable. I stayed in an air-conditioned room with an en-suite bathroom. I'm not sure if they have dormitories or fan-only rooms. Their private car park is located about 100 meters away from the hotel — not a big issue unless it rains. + Clean and comfortable + Staff are polite and friendly + Still considered close to town + Private car park.

Rooms are a bit small for the price but great location and comfy bed at least.

Next to Jonker street, nice location. Room huge only King Size bed, no single bed type, and very basic. Only Good point is the cover up Car park lot.

Decent budget hotel with private parking. Located near Jonker street. Room noise isolation is close to nothing. Didn't try the breakfast as it looks miserable. Check in timing is at 3pm, don't bother trying to check in before that.

If I don't change rooms, I'll put a zero on it. Avoid the rooms on the ground floor! Full of moisture and without window. The rest of the plants, passable, but do not be fooled by the beautiful words of the name: Swiss, heritage… little to do with the photos of the ads.

For me the best and cheapest room during my Malaysia trip. Everything absolutely perfect, and at a sensationally reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

A good accommodation to stay! I stayed a night there with my parents and the location is very close to the main attractions. There are lots of parking at the back of the hotel (which have better access to lift). The room and bathroom are really nice plus the staffs are friendly too!

Beautiful hotel near Jonker Street (walking distance). Comfortable room with great hospitality. Parking provided. Not advisable to bring out your car during night because the street is so crowded at night.

Great location. But facilities need to be re-done. Mattress was lumpy, pillows smelled and room had musty smell. Staff were very helpful though in trying to remedy the short comings.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly, have no problem calling a taxi when you need it and if it rains they offer umbrellas. Breakfast is not included but it has a very cheap cost, plus it is buffet. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

An older hotel with a interesting lobby full of antique furniture. Breakfast was included. It was a simple breakfast served by a pleasant staff. Hotel could use a good cleaning.

Shower water pressure kinda low. Stayed 2 nights 2nd day no room service to clean up. Breakfast kinda poor as only nasi lemak, fried mee hoon & some desserts. Luckilly surrounded with other food stalls around. Car park limited. Only plus point is its location.

Room is clean and we got a free ungrade to a deluxe room, which is very spacious. For the price though, it's a rather lacklustre hotel. Service is poor, breakfast is underwhelming and badly planned (if at all). Rooms quality is reality hit and miss, with missing tiles, gaps in between sliding doors. The worst offender is the lack of noise blocking doors and walls. It gets so loud in the morning from the corridor to the drainage system that a morning call is not necessary.

This hotel is located at old town area of Malacca, where there are so many old buildings from the early 1900's. The hotel is good and quite cheap, which has old style interior. The receptionist was very friendly. The room also equipped with old style ornament. Close to most historical building and famous Jonker Street. Very recommended to stay here.

A budget friendly hotel that is located in the midst of all the action. Recommended!

First, this accommodation is very near to jonker street. If you booking via online is more fastest and easier. But if walk in will be a longer waiting. The parking is just nearby Along that road which is opposite of Shell Petrol kiosk. If parking there must show to the person in charge of the parking lot. My pictures is showing the family room which have double queen beds. Air-condition is brand new so is very cool. But only the bathroom can be improve more because the water can be flow to toilet and the floor become slippery all the time.

Room was good, family room was large enough for 4 people, location near jonker, but breakfast not very good.

They serve a simple dish for breakfast, but there's a food that so delicious, the sambal for nasi lemak.

Ben staying here a couple of time but this time a bit upset due to the bed sheet, Blanket stained n towel not clean n smelly. It is high time to relook and change all the towers n bed/Blanket sheet as not hygiene at all — most towel turn into dark or yellowish colour. Another problem is couldn't have another key card especially if couple or family wwamyex to go back/out from room — there is a problem like y'day I went to sleep early but wife n a few friend went to pasar malam. At the end no room key n need to call him or knock on the door n I have to wake up to open the room door! Why? becoz afraid customer/s switch On the Aircond n went out? Not this way of doing business. I booked n paid for 4 rooms y'day. My room r 203, 205, 206 & 209.

The location of hotel is good, jonker street is just behind. However room is v basic and some maintenance will be good. Toilet room ceiling was like peeling off and one of the pillow is dirty. We happened to be in the room when their Housekeeping come, which was done in 5-10min. Not quite the house keeping I expect. Daily Brkfast is simple. Overall ok but if one is particular about hygiene, this may not be for you.

Location is good. Adjacent to Jonker walk and other attractions. Cleanliness: bad. Stained bedsheet, dirty towel. Maintenance is poor. Lamp not working. Bathroom facility is badly maintained. Sound proof is bad. Could hear noises from the street especially midnight. Breakfast is limited. Conclusion: not recommended.

I was a bit disappointed by the state of the bathroom. It definitely needed attention. Even though it's heritage listed it needs to be finished around the tiles for cleanliness. There was no outlook even though there was a small verandah. The pool was beautiful and the place was central. The breakfast was not nice.

Convenient hotel in the cozy part of Melakka. Clean rooms, good bathroom. Our room had no windows but for us it was no problem if you spend the day outside.

Pros : Room is big and price is affordable. The place is relatively clean and staff is friendly. Location is good. It is located at the end of Jonker street. Cons: Minimal decoration and feels not as posh as other boutique hotels in the same area. Break fast not very good, minimal options.

Reception desk service needs improvement. Pillow cases didn't smell clean & fresh though they looked clean! Room was not cool enough. Won't be going back, for sure.

The most awful and terrible Hotel I had stay at malacca, booked for double queen size bedroom, the bathroom drain are stuck, when you shower you can enjoy a free "little flood show" while shower. Besides, there is a lot of long black hair (My hair is red colour and middle long, definitely not my hair) on the floor, and this make me think about, wow! The previous guest in this room was a pretty woman with a long black hair maybe? Room cleaning service is definitely bad! The room is dirty! The rates is expensive and this is not worth at all, the facilities is bad! I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS HOTEL AGAIN! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Very convenient location for this mid range hotel. Perfect starting point to discover the old town in Malacca. Just walking distance from Jonker Walk and numerous restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean but the shower drain was clogged.

The room also New, the downside is the hot water not hot, the waiter wanted me to be the water 5 ~10 minutes in hot water only. That's a waste of water. Also, the toilet didn't smoke, wind, equipment, imagine if someone was in the bathroom, open the, open the door with the room's smell. This is unacceptable mistake.
