Hotel is 3 star, so don’t expect too much. It is very clean and the staff go out of their way to get what you want. Beware though as we were the only English couple in the hotel, which was full of Russians. Which is probably why the staff liked us so much. Hotel itself is 5mins walk from the beach and main attractions. Plus there are lots of cafes and cake shops on route. Ideal after a few sherbets. We will be back next year.

Currently staying at the supreme hotel in marmaris and the staff are amazing can’t do enough for you they are all lovely in their own way we have with us my 84 year old grandma and the staff wait on her hand and foot and are truly amazing would recommend supreme hotel to both family’s with children or even couples travelling for that well needed alone time. Supreme hotel staff will go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your holiday …

Lousy hotel. Dirty rooms, bad food, unclean pool, arrogant waitors. We will NEVER come back.

My room was in another hotel building what looked old und dirty. In the room was strong cigarette smell. Breakfest food was not fresh.

What shit hole of a hotel. Food shit, rooms are shit. General manager clearly doesn’t give a shit as he walks around stone faced. Lights hanging off walls, hairdryer in bits, rusty dirty bin in my hotel room toilet and blood splatter on my room door. Old dirty garden chairs and table on my balcony with a drain cover on top of the table. Stay well clear of this. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This place makes premier inn and Travelodge look like plush Knightsbridge 5 hotels. Travel Republic better be ready for me.

This place is clean and tidy, pool was clean. Food was on time but repetitive and average. Drinks very limited on all inclusive there is only beer and two spirits. The biggest problem is the language barrier. I think in the entire team of staff there are only two who speak partial english. All the others look at you as if your bonkers when you try and talk to them or ask them a question, the general answer was I don't know and then they would just walk off. The two staff members that do speak english will help when asked, they aren't always about tho. I asked if there was an adaptor and it almost broke out into an argument as they haven't got a clue what your on about and they want you to go away. I would go bk and stay however I would know not to ask for anything from the staff now I know what to expect.

We stayed at the Supreme and it was a lovely hotel. All of the staff were very friendly. Especially charizmatic waiter Pibar. The hotel is so clean and the food was lovely. I really recommend.

I recommend! First of all I want to mention the service staff. Without exaggeration they are wonderful people, perfectly perform their work and create a beautiful and unforgettable atmosphere. They are very affable, always smiling and attentive to each guest, also open to communication. Approximately twice a week, they entertain guests with inflammatory dances. Great gratitude to all and everyone separately. You are really a great team! Food: there is cook delicious and various dishes. Hotel room: every day clean the room and change towels. Bedding is changed once every three days. In the soul always hot and cold water. There is also hairdryer. On site there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and fitness and Spa. Location: the hotel is located in a cozy and peaceful place. To the beach eight minutes walking. My family was very pleased to relax in this hotel. We hope to come back there.

It's a great hotel! Polite staff, delicious food. Every day watermelons, melons and other fruits. The room is cleaned every day change towels, give soap.

Brilliant hotel with lovely staff and food. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be back again.

A small but lovely hotel. No entertainment but close enough to main strip to walk too.
Food tasty, mainly chicken, rice, wraps, yummy ottomans, plenty of salad and fruit… no icecream!
Rooms cleaned everyother day. Free air con if allinclusive. Good size, comfy beds and 5 * showers. Safe £15 for 10 days… although I left my money. Phone and purse out in room and always safe.
Staff were lovely. So polite, helpful, funny, brilliant with the children… 5 * customer service.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Well, the views from the balcony will not stop admiring.

Supreme for the second time! We made a second reservation and arrived at the hotel. Our room was not ready yet, we were in the bar, the hotel manager immediately saw us, he remembered us, he said welcome and then our room was ready. Reception gave us great room. the meals were very nice and the staff were friendly, definitely a very good hotel here.

I spent my 14-day vacation resting very nicely. The hotel staff and general manager Ali Alper Bey worked hard for customer satisfaction. I'm going to get my friends a chicken and I'm going to make my holiday in this beautiful hotel again as soon as I can.

Nice hotel, and friendly staff. The negative point is that there are two buildings for the hotel and only the main building had an elevator in it. We were given a room in the other building on the fourth floor but when we complained they gave us a room on the ground floor. The room was normal not super clean but at least the bed was clean. The shower had some mold in it. Very close to the sea and the shopping centers, only a 10 minutes walk. The swimming pool and dining area were really nice. The breakfast and dinner were nice too. No complementary drinks in the room because we went with a tour which is a negative thing for me because other hotels gave us complementary drinks even though we were with the same tour.

Close to marmaris center. Helpful staff. Clean rooms and Clean dinner. One weak spot is little swiming area. Another good reason is; room rates are so economic.

Brilliant hotel and staff highly recommended the pool is first class great entertainment, will be going back September close to all the nightlife and beach, food is also good and rooms are spacious with air conditioning and TV all rooms have balcony.

Had a lovely stay and just returned on Friday. Modern and very clean hotel and when I asked for a different room (owing to stairs) this was arranged with no hassle. Had lovely drinks at the pool and no fighting for sun beds! So sorry I didn't get his name but the receptionist who went to the pharmacy for us when my partner injured his feet (not at hotel) went above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to all, from reception to bar to cleaning ladies and their children! Lovely people and lovely hotel!

Lovely! Stayed here for a week and was Very clean! The staff are very friendly and the place is well looked after! Would defiantly recommend this to couples as there was not much for young kids. It is in a great location within 5 minutes away from the market and beach. Breakfast and dinner was suitable for everyone. However breakfast was quite repeatable throughout the week.

Great hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in a family room and although it was a bit on the small side, it was sufficient. Staff were very helpful with all our requests. Air con was free as was usage of safe. Breakfast and dinner were ok. Pool was clean and nice to use. Its also very peaceful compared to other hotels nearby that play loud music until midnight.

Staff were not helpful at all, you have to pay for air conditioning. I am not sure about the food because every day I ate at the Marina, I would suggest you eat there too. Lift could only fit 2 people, rooms were tiny, ac in our room did not work so we had to be relocated to another room 3 times, cold water in the mornings minibar in the rooms had no drinks and was not cold, you are not allowed to bring food in. But apart from that it was OK. I would not call it a 4 star hotel I would call it a 3 star. The manager was rude.

Just got back from holiday in hell. Hotel staff were not helpful at all, the room was small and had cockroaches, couldnt use pool til 10am then u had to leave the pool at 5.30pm. Lift not big enough to hold 2 people and they expect you to use lift with your luggage. Had to ask for clean linen and towels. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Just got back and this hotel is beautiful, spotless very modern and airey staff are excellent. I would certainly recommend anyone to stay hear. August 2012.
