Perfectly situated for visiting all the popular sights in Melaka. Our room was clean and airy. The shower was hot and powerful. Additional separate shower room a useful extra. Communal area for free tea and coffee clean and well stocked.

The owner is very good, also arranged a free shuttle service, with WeChat can be booked in advance, the location is close to chicken Farm Street, the room is not big, but very affordable, there are places to bask in clothes.

Even though this is very budget hotel, the service is very good, clean and I'm impressed with the staff hospitality. Also the location is very strategic, near joker street, you can go there just by foot. Very recommended to stay here.

Friendly staff, clean and good location.

The staff are courteous and helpful but more convenient hotels can be found. Especially the noise of the air conditioner made me very uncomfortable when I tried to sleep.

Quiet, comfortable, cool, excellent Wi-Fi, overall a great value. So close to the night market. Contact the manager May and she will shuttle you to/from the bus station. A great place to base your visit to Melacca with its central location.

Great little budget hotel in a very good location!

Well located, 5 minutes walk from the Jonkerstreet, staff very friendly, free airport shuttle, Wi-Fi average, room with AC and hotwater, very clean.

Very impressive of service, the owner has very good take care and recommend for travelling, also concern our flight back, suggest for suitable schedule and send us to Maleka Sentral with no extra charge. In overview, the room is very clean, very good service mind, good location as able to walk from jonker street around 200 metre. The room rate is valuable price. Highly recommended. (13-14Jan2018)

Love the hotel. Love the services, the staff are very friendly. TQ Ah Mey. They provided us free pick-up and sightseeing services with happy laugh conversations and gave lots of informations bout Melaka and the best halal foods. Room are cozy and clean. Free drinks, coffee and tea. They also provided luggages storage box for free. Very close to Jonker street.

Everything is good basically. Cleanliness is good, service is good, Wi-Fi is good, air conditioning is good, lighting is good, enough plug points for your electrical stuff, pillow is a bit soft, TV signal honestly is very poor. Overall it's 95/100.

Three-person room space is small, but bedding, sheets, pillows are very clean. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Free drinking water and hot water, tea and coffee are provided here. The hostel offers free shuttle service to and from Melaka Sentral. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, close to anywhere, and they pick you up from the bus station for free. Great service and super friendly. They will provide you with all the information you need.

I like this hotel so so much. That night we got there so late and didn't have MYR money to pay taxi's driver, the hostess immediately helped us pay it, so kind. And told me how to play and eat great in malacca. We also got snacks in the morning and have lunch made by hostess. She also drove us to famous Melaka Straits Mosque which is a little far away from downtown. It is all free. I am so grateful to her. Highly recommended!

Very clean and near jonker street.

This is the worst hotel I have ever lived in! As a backpacker with extensive experience, I stayed a lot of hotels and hostels, this hotel is the worst I have ever seen! Staff's attitude are poor, more importantly, from the beginning, with a discriminatory attitude! We also saw their room, the so-called luxury room, the price is high but very dirty, completely different with online photos! We apply for a new room (with the very polite attitude), but they not only ignore, but also the attitude are extremely bad! Strongly not recommend this hotel, unless you do not want to enjoy your trip!

Great value for money. Comfy, clean room. Strategic location, just a minute or two walk to Jonker Street. Plus there's free drop off to Melaka Sentral Bus Station (great plus point ;) ) definitely recommended.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel staff are friendly. What touches out hearts that the lady named Ah Mei came to fetch us to bus station early on the morning at 0600am! I'm speechless coz she offer to sent us even she waa not in duty. Kuddos to you lady! Will return when time permits…

Very friendly service, the hotel is very clean and new. Truly like high class hotel. Toilet is very clean also. All the facilities is nice. Wifi is strong enough too. Transportation provided. A very recommended hotel!

Very friendly personell. However the door is right in front of where the personell sleeps on the couch. Not really private. No windows in each room.

Recomended budget hotel. The ŕoom and bathroom are clean, also AC, flat TV and dvd are good. For smoker, the hotel have a rooftop for this with sofa and tv. Dispenser for tea, coffee and computer are ready. Just like at home, we have to put outside our shoes/sandal and change with 'home' sandals. They will give you a simple map with suggestions abt food, place etc. The hotel in on the second floor (no lift). Its near jonker street and masjid and tradisional market. We stay at room 113 and have a window.
